The breakfast was good. The lovely black lady, working breakfast is amazing. I travel through twice a month, and she is incredibly professional, kind and friendly.

The front desk clerk, gave me 1 key for 3 people, she did not honor my request, and I was almost charged twice. I told her 3 times, I prepaid with booking.com, she tried to run my cash app card. Luckily I only leave so much cash on it. I had asked for ground floor( my mom is handicapped) She said no, she couldn’t find my request. She also couldn’t find my members number, but a week prior the front desk clerk was amazing and found it

Good location for what we needed. Seemed upgraded and clean

I had 4 people in my room and they would only give us 3 towels a day that we would have to ask for. The dirty towels piled up in the room for our 4 day stay. One day we left and were locked out of our rooms. Had to get new keys. No expirations or apologies.

The room was wonderful, clean, and surprisingly quiet overnight. It was convenient for most of the places we visited. The breakfast area was like a restaurant type seating. However, a half hour before breakfast was to expire, staff were trying to clean up, food was not replenished. Milk was sour, no boiled eggs, microwave wave bacon is not real bacon, no bread, boiled eggs left out People were asking for more food and it was denied because of the concern to be cleaned up. The breakfast situation is completely unacceptable.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet

The front desk staff was a little rude. When I called to make sure my reservation went through she was breathing all hard in the phone like I was interrupting her time. The shower water was luke warm even after letting it run the first night. The next day the shower water was luke warm but after about 5 mins kept switching from hot to luke warm.

Exceptional, friendly staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed. It was my first time in Indiana and because of the hotel, I had a great first impression. Clean premises and appreciate the kindness!

The room was nice and clean. Nice bedding. Friendly desk manager. Great choices to pick from on the breakfast foods. Plenty of parking. We’ll lid up at night coming in from family reunion. I do recommend this hotel. See you soon.

Exiting out of the street heading left on scattferfield rd. Needs a traffic light on that corner.

Good location, clean

Property was nice, staff was not the friendliest. Wanted to argue instead of looking deeper into the issue and help resolve the minor issue.

Nice and clean place. Not too far from paramount theater.

The Fairfield is the only hotel in Anderson, IN that will stay at. It is always clean has a decent pool, has an ok breakfast. Every room I have stayed in has been very clean and very quiet. The suite room is the only rooms I usually stay in for all the room.

The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is the snacks are way to expensive, and the internet and TVs are very slow. I wish the breakfast would include like biscuits and gravy and a way to have different eggs not just scrambled.
