The facilities were convenient, comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant except as noted below

I prepaid for 1 of 2 rooms through a Bookings.com affiliate partner. After some heated discussion, the manager insisted that I pay for the room again. He would not give me a printed receipt as I requested. Instead he provided a hand written receipt which I am not sure will be accepted by bookings.com for a refund of my prepayment. I will never use or recommend this facility.

Carlos. He was amazing. He was so good with the people. He was super friendly and polite. And very helpful with a customer who was having a mental issue. I absolutely love him!

Some things needed fixed

The owner/manager was very pleasant and super accommodating. The location was perfect, I could walk to lots of different places with ease.

The drains were a little slow on draining and I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator (bum knee makes it difficult to go up and down the stairs). But honestly my dislike wasn't anything major just a minor inconvenience.

The room was clean and nice and the breakfast was good just not much to choose from the bedroom was clean and nice the staff was very friendly

Right of the interstate, many places to eat right near by.

Seen what appeared to be a cockroach in the breakfast area fridge, can’t say for certain that it was , but whatever it was it was fast.

I liked that the room was on the first floor

I didn't like that the bed was small for 2 people and the bathroom floor was very slippery

The color scheme in the rooms stood out for me. Also loved the attention being paid to the security monitors!!!! A+++

The complimentary breakfast was very limited.

Pool and sauna were actually working and a really great perk for hotels to charge what they do and not have amenities. My stay has always been great here

The rooms were very clean, ac worked great, cooled the room off quickly. Great value for the money.

The breakfast lacked a little to be desired. Not sure if they are still following Covid protocol, but the only thing out for breakfast was coffee, a few muffins apple and oranges. No juice, no waffles, cereal or anything else!

Staff was very helpful
