Spacious room. Clean.

The front desk people were unorganized and not the most professional. The lady tried to tell me that I didn’t have a reservation and they were sold out when we arrived at 10:00pm. They had messed up and had my first name and last name turned around. She seemed new and didn’t know what she was doing, but she was at least nice. Robert was not personable or professional at all. When I asked a question about a discount , he just didn’t even look up or look it up and said “no”. The hotel room itself made up for that though. It was nice enough and clean. We only stayed one night. Wished they had free breakfast but we paid for Starbucks.

Room was nice but refrigerator wasn't even big enough for dinner leftovers.

There wasn't coffee available in common area in the lobby. I was downstairs at 10:10AM Sunday morning and Starbucks was closed and there wasn't anywhere to get coffee. I attempted to make a purchase at the same Starbucks Saturday night and their card reader was malfunctioning. I understand that wasn't their fault but I'm sure they could have done something to help out customers. And Sunday morning couldn't they do like lesser $$$hotels and leave coffee throughout the day.

It’s a very nice hotel. The shower in the room was awesome, probably my favorite thing.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no continental breakfast, one of our lamps was not working, and the staff could be friendlier and not so stuck up. There was some staff that was nice but some could have been more warming.

Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff were excellent, cheerful, helpful. If we met a staff member they acknowledged us with a hello or good morning. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit. We walked around several blocks of the city, magnificent architecture.

Refrigerator was small and iced up, worked though. The refrigerator and microwave were in a very awkward place.

Breakfast was okay It was high priced though you would have thought it would have been included in the price of the room but oh well other than that and everything was fantastic

Breakfast should have been included and complementary instead of having to pay for it separate

Sadly, there was no breakfast offered; however, the room was wonderful, very clean and had a great view of downtown. The staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. No extra surprise charges.

There was nothing that was disagreeable. Breakfast would have been very nice though.

There was a dry, dirty/used wash cloth hanging at the top of the shower curtain. The bed skirts were wrinkled and pooled on the sides and foots of the bed. It’s hard to explain. I do have pictures attached below.

The rooms were very clean and it had a parking garage

Lot of homeless people walking around and charging there phones inside breezeway long walk from parking garage to hotel elevator for handicapped person and someone on oxygen

Location comfortable and nice view from the room

Bought grandkids for swimming while on spring break. Pool was cold. They didn't even want to stay in it long. No hot tub. Restaurant does not do room service and no breakfast continental or any other included with price. Have to go elsewhere

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but did grab coffee. The service was excellent and the coffee, delicious!

I thought that the breakfast was included with my reservation, but apparently not. When I travel with my kids, that is definitely something I hope for.
