I was very impressed with the cleanliness the queen size double beds extra soft comfortable window that opens up 3/4 I was on the third floor very quiet up here anything you wanted they would give it to you clean towels and everything daily clean your room daily if you want coffee and room for refrigerator microwave TV desk telephone you name it breakfast was wonderful sausage and eggs and homemade waffles yogurt fruit bagels fresh coffee juice cereal I will definitely come back again

There was no exercise room other than that it was perfect

They're working hard to update the facility and keep it clean. The breakfast was ok good selection and good value. I'll return for future visits.

Felt like my check in process was a bit weird. But otherwise the staff was fine. My room was a little residual smell of smoke or mustiness but recently updated. Very important: the air conditioning in the building must of been out because it was very humid and warm, hard to breath for asthma patrons like in the hallways. My room eventually cooled off so that helped. Please fix the A/C in the lobby, in the open areas of the hotel. Also, alot of transiate construction workers stay there so just keep your head on a swivel. And lock up vehicle and valuables to be safe. But not really any concern for general safety.

The bed is always comfortable and the front desk attendee was very helpful. The housekeeping staff are just as friendly and helpful. When I need fresh towel or supplies, they are quick getting me whatever I asked for.

My room smelled stale. Not necessarily like smoke just stale. I did turn the air on to circulate the air, but it still smelled that way. I brought fabric febreeze and that helped. Also, I wish the would work on that road leading closer to the entrance of the parking lot. It might be the city's responsibility but it definitely needs work.

Breakfast was Ok. Would have liked a little more time. Hours were early but could have been longer. When on Vacation it would be nice not to be rushed to get to breakfast. Location was fine.

To get to the pool you had to have the desk personnel unlock the door as the card reader was broken. There was only one desk chair in the room to set on. Asked for another chair but never got one.

Breakfast was really good. Nice variety of food selections and comfortable atmosphere.

It would have been nice to have a door that could close at the business center area. When I needed to use it for a business zoom meeting, it was near the elevator with people coming and going and housecleaning running vacuum cleaner. The housekeeper was very nice and did stop vacuuming close to the office door briefly and cleaned another area after I told her what I was doing which was very considerate.

Breakfast was sufficient. Room temperature butter would have been easier to spread.

Showerhead was low to the ground, recommend a wand-style.

The hotel provided great quality for the price. It was clean and provided a good breakfast. We were going to Taylor University; therefore, we wished it was a little closer.

The breakfast ran out on Saturday morning, and the attendant was not paying attention.

Jacking prices over 2 times normal because it was race weekend. They all done it. Should be a law against it. Rooms were gonna be filled up anyway. Got no extra service or anything special for the exorbant raised price for a room

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good! We have stayed at the hotel twice now, and it is convenient and reasonably priced.

I can honestly say this was one of the absolute cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff and front desk people were amazing. You truly felt welcome and that they were happy to have you there.

It was all great. It’s a no frills hotel. It was a nice room clean bedding and spotless facilities just not over the top fancy.
