The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the early morning one.

I did not like the issue about holding a deposit, and staff did not seem to know the software very well. She kept asking for assistance, so she made me wait longer, and she also made me feel anxious that a dog could be a problem. Even though it is an out of way place but there is a private health center nearby and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it was fine. It has outdoor lawns for dogs and some trash cans for deposits. There is no actual dog park, but it is easy to navigate through the hotel exits.

Our room was clean, bed was comfy . Spacious room . Breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of items .

We called the desk to complain about skunk smell coming from the heater / AC unit . We were settled in for the night, did not want to move rooms . The man from the desk came up to spray something , and he really overdid it to the point I asked him to stop . After he left , we opened the window and the door to get cross current in hope of clearing the air . My asthma was triggered , and we needed fresh air .Even the carpet got sprayed . A couple of sprays in the room would have been enough . The pool was closed .

Near the expressway. Very firm, comfortable beds. Lots of TV stations! Pleased with Breakfast open early on Saturday (6am). Plenty of parking . Pleasant and helpful staff.

Some breakfast items "ran out" while I was there. No hair dryer in my room, I had to ask at the desk for one. The room was clean, but lamp shades needed to be replaced. Limited number of outlets (only 1) at night stand for phone chargers.

There was fridge with freezer and microwave! Good atmosphere and decent decor. All in all pretty good.

Bed to soft! Dirt behind bathroom door. 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM breakfast! Think 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM works better and have coffee with condiments available at least till 10:00 PM?

A nice cozy place to stay. Good price, an ok breakfast bar, and a clean room. Free Wi-Fi. 3 quality restaurants with in walking distance and conveniently located. My wife and I recommend this Best Western.

No complaints what so ever.

Was a very nice place to stay. Very clean. It was very comfortable, and staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good and the lady taking care of it kept it well stocked.

When making our reservation, we were told the pool would be warm, as we had children who love to swim. However, the pool was ice cold. The older kids endured it, but the little ones couldnt.

No exercise bike! Breakfast a little lackluster, pillows were uncomfortable as they were encased in waterproof covers under pillow cases.

Only stoped for 1 night to spend ti? With my sister and her famly and it worked great only 1.5 miles from her house and on I 69 where i headed back to kentucky that morning
