The check-in was very suspicious. When I gave the attendant my name, he asked me if I wanted to pay using using the credit card ending in a number that wasn't mine. I proceeded to give him my credit card number to pay for my room and it took him a long time to enter the credit card information. It felt like I was having my credit card number stolen during the check-in process.

I liked the kitchenette area, and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. It was a last minute decision to stay there and the rate was ideal. We just stayed one night but it was well worth it. The staff was absolutely phenomenal

The bed had not been made at all no pillow cases no blankets no nothing. There was no garbage bags it was like they strip the room and it was the end of the day so they might have forgot about it. And it was over Christmas. Also when you want to use the light in the kitchen it's one switch and all three lights come on in the room and it's like an airport strip.

Great location. Close to many restaurants, stores and entertainment areas. Well lit parking lot made feel that my car was safe and that I was safe when coming back late at night especially with traveling alone.

I have no complaints.

Kitchenette

Bathroom sink drain became clogged in less than 18 hours. Also I needed the cart with wheels to unload and load my car. I could not access a wheel lock to the cart and cart kept wanting to roll away from my car

Extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't need anything, but they had food items (mini pizzas, mac-n-cheese, pop-tarts and other items for convenience. They also had toiletries if you forgot something. Mini kitchen in room.

Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. We did not use anything but I appreciated the supply of food and drinks that were available since we had a kitchen in our room.

Property was very nice. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and good sized.

we were welcomed the minute we walked into the building. Was surprised by the number of handicap parking spaces, close to the door.Our room was clean and we felt right at home.

Cannot say one bad thing. We will be recommending this place, to all of our friends. thank you.

Not only was facility spic and span, but they had honored our special request for 1st floor room for easy outdoor access for unloading/loading and pet access. Very friendly staff. Landscaping was excellent!

Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Mini kitchen with full size fridge, 2 hot plates & microwave.
