We always stay here when we come to visit family in Harlan. Always clean and comfortable and a reasonable price. The room with one king bed is a nice size and has all the amenities we need--small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. Breakfast has hot items as well as the basic breakfast foods.

Our room smelled a bit musty when we entered but we opened the window to air it out. I would prefer to have the bathroom sink in the bathroom area but this one is in the main room area. The rooms next to the highway can be somewhat noisy when big trucks and semis go past; ask for a room opposite of the highway. The breakfast area is relatively small but good enough.

the only 2 issues... was for a handicapped room the bathroom is not big enough for an electric wheelchair. needs to salt drives better when icy. otherwise great experience. will use again

The room was clean and the towels were nice. I was very happy with the quiet location of the motel somewhat off the beaten path.

I took an accessible room for the price and the shower was lacking. It took over 7 minutes to get warm water and the water sprayed into the rest of the room. But, still I did get the shower I wanted and I was very happy with the quiet location of the motel somewhat off the beaten path.

I requested a room with 2 queen beds, but got a room with 1 king bed. The management would not make a change. I found that unacceptable.

Very clean. Harlan is a nice small town with a great dog park!

Pool was closed I assume for cleaning. A bit of a drive (10 miles) from I-80, but worth it for price, safety, and cleanliness.

Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms do not seem to be well insulated, and therefore we could hear the guy upstairs talking on the phone and walking across the floor in the middle of the night.

The area seemed safe. We got in late and there was someone at the front desk all night. The room was very clean

We were moving 2500 miles and although the moving van took most of our stuff our SUV was also packed with things that couldn’t go in the moving van. We couldn’t park near the room and had to pile everything on a cart to take inside. We couldn’t organise everything out in the parking lot so we had to pile EVERYTHING on the cart.? Very disorganised. Wish we would’ve been closer to the room and able to just carry things in what we needed.
