The staff was great and super helpful during our stay. There was a slight issue with our booking at first. We got a room with two twin beds, but when we voiced the issue the receptionist was able to switch us over to the king-size bed we had put in for. They also offered us more towels if we needed them. There was a point where we had an issue with our room keys and the issue was quickly taken care of. The room was clean and tidy when we got there and everything was satisfactory. We look forward to staying here again.

The only thing that we had pointed out was a loose tile in the center of the bathroom. We were only concerned that someone could possibly get hurt if it was left without fixing.

I LoVe the staff that work up front. They are all kind and rather friendly. The manager herself is a delight! They go out of their way to help accommodate ones needs. They definitely left a positive impression upon myself and my children. I LoVe the size of the TV in the room. The over all room itself was rather large and you didn't feeling closed in as ine might in many hotels today.

Breakfast is okay, it definitely could use sausage or bacon to go along with the choices. They don't have a hot tub in the pool and that is sad.. The room needed to have the filters in and the air unit it self cleaned better. The beds are on the firmer side. These are all definite personal things.

The heated pool. Very warm. Rooms are very spacious. Amazing customer service no matter the time of day. Very quiet place. Located in a very good area around food places and stores including across from Walmart. I love this hotel to be honest.

Absolutely nothing. My best stay experience was at this business location.

In general, this is a great hotel to sleep in. I had two small issues. One was an a.c. unit that would not shut down so it was chilly in the room. The second was a stool that trickled. The seal wouldn't seal tightly so the stool kept running. However, after flushing the toilet again, it was able to seal completely. These were minor issues, but could be improved. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Being housed near the pool made the room smell like chlorine. However, that became a " nose-blind" type of thing in short order.

Location. It was close to everything. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Had indoor pool which my niece and nephew loved!

Breakfast was very limited on choices. By 8:30 was out of some items. Small dining area.

This was a good value for the money. Nothing special, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. This was an overnight stay on a very long trip!

This location is several miles off I-80. They do serve breakfast, with hot biscuits and gravy and waffles, but no eggs. We did not eat there, but other people were eating and they seemed to be okay with it.

Nice, clean, good location. I had a family room with bunks. Worked perfect for our kids. The indoor pool was heated one day and not the next.

The freezing cold pool was a huge disappointment since that’s why we chose this hotel. The family room pictures showed a bigger fridge and ours was small than a normal room

How friendly and helpful the staff is. When we had arrived early. We was having car issues then they got us checked in. The next morning the cleaning staff at stopped by to see if we needed anything else.

Would have liked the TV had more channels to watch.

The pool was awesome! The staff were friendly. The room was clean. It was situated around anything I could need. Breakfast was really good.

The light switches were weird. Outlets were few. Not that it's super important but a charging strip would be nice at the bedside tables. It wouldn't matter so much if there were more outlets. The toliet kept running. The bed was too hard for my tastes, but my husband liked it.

I believe that I had the best room at the end of the hallway with no one around me! I wanted a getaway and definitely had one. My room was huge and perfect 👌
