Great location. Easy to find being just off the highway. Very friendly staff which after long hours on the road makes all the difference. Underpriced compared to what they offer. Rooms are better than Hilton and Marriott. I will be looking for more Cobblestones along the way from now on.

This is the first time I can’t think of something I didn’t like about a hotel. I’ve traveled all around the country and stayed in hundreds of hotels that always give me something to complain about but not this one.

Location very good, as I was visiting family/friends in Manchester. Staff was awesome. As I had too much luggage to carry and no elevator to the second floor, the clerk offered to carry my large bag and I happily accepted his help.

Wish I had known there was a second floor and no elevator. I would have requested a first-floor room when I booked. As I booked through a third party (Booking.com), the clerk said he was unable to accommodate that request when I arrived.

Cobblestone Inn and Suites was fantastic. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and two of my kids each rented rooms and they thoroughly enjoyed their stays. We will be staying at Cobblestone during my upcoming visits to the Manchester area. Beds were very comfortable.

Was a slight mix up on the booking using booking.com which had me down for an extra room but that wasn't the hotels problem. Got it straightened out with booking .com a few days later.

Nice 2 queen beds in room. Best part was breakfast. They actually had almond milk which was great for our traveler who has a dairy allergy. She was able to eat milk on her cereal. Small assortment of goodies to purchase for snacks

Breakfast was good. Several options. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet.

We weren't thrilled about a room on the 2nd floor and no elevator. A bit challenging for two ladies in their 70s.

Conveniently located, rooms were clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

Needs a handle in the shower. With the water softener they use make the shower slippery, definitely creating a potential falling hazard. Wi-Fi is poor.

We enjoyed the spacious room My son had with the king sized bed.

The staff (a balding guy) who started vacuuming the hallway carpet at 10:15 am. The children running down the hall at midnight

Room was comfortable. Beds were fine. Plenty of parking.

Unfortunately, we were on the highway side and there was a lot of truck Brake Jake noise through the night. Otherwise nice.

Very clean, quiet, and felt very safe

The bed was very high (but there was a stool in the room so it wasn't really a problem). There wasn't a grab bar in the shower.

Ballgames were in the Dyersville area, so location was perfect. Beds were comfortable.

The eggs could have been real eggs.
