Great location, just off the highway. It was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. This was my 3rd stay here and it is a good value.

Breakfast was sub-par, but edible. They did have hard boiled eggs in the fridge but there was a food safety issue I brought to the managers attention. They had pre frozen egg omelets, thawed sitting out of refrigeration in the case with the sliced bread and bagels. Hopefully that gets corrected.

The bed could have been made up better. It was pretty sloppily made, as if someone did not know how to straighten the sheets and the blanket. Also, the sheets could have been changed more often.

Location, affordability, comfortable and clean.

Continental breakfast wasn’t appealing, even for continental breakfast. Microwave eggs stored in an enclosed container wasn’t a good sign for me.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Seems like the whole place is just been remodeled.

Liked the breakfast, good choices and was kept up well. Hotel was clean and quiet and location was easy to get to places.

A place to sit outside besides the smoking area, would have been nice.

Convenient to Field of Dreams. It was hard to find a hotel near it and this one was. Clean, not fancy, but quiet and a good night’s sleep.

No sidewalk right by it. Had to get to the Main Street. But a minor point.

The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Room was nice and cool. Everything worked great.

Location was perfect, easy to find and minutes from everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly. Hotel was spotless, very clean! Rooms were serviced every day of our stay. Free breakfast had plenty of options! Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. Beds were comfortable. Very affordable. Nothing fancy, but very worth it! Would definitely stay again!

The woman at the desk was very nice! The room was clean and the location to the Field of Dreams, our destination, was perfect.

Layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, but we managed it.
