Staff were VERY nice! Even when my kiddo vomited in the sink, they made me feel like it was no big deal. The prices in the hotel gift shop and Waterpark concessions stand were really reasonable for food and drinks...even for alcohol! LOVED the drink specials they mixed up. The room had a frig and microwave. That was a nice bonus we definitely used for our left-overs.

A very minor complaint: the resort only provided one small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for a family of four. I guess I've gotten used to bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner being fastened to the wall of the shower (so I didnt bother packing them). Don't forget to bring those items! It was fun to have games on sight, but Arcade games were insanely pricey!

The breakfast was amazing, the kids had a blast and it was very kid friendly they loved the water park and my husband and I did as well something we havnt done in awhile they also had a craft center that was nice

The didn’t have a Bible in the room, the ac only have worked and very weak blowing and didn’t keep the room cool enough. They didn’t have us in a room with the river view but didn’t havnt the river gated for kids to not fall in water, they didn’t have the music on Friday night like advertised.

Being by the River and we had a great view of river. We could walk right to the Riverwalk also. We got complimentary breakfast every day.

The furniture was worn and looked like thrift store furniture in our room. The furniture being updated would be a plus. I would like to of seen some variety of foods options for the breakfast like muffins, or even french toast sticks. It was the same options for the 3 days we stayed.

We were really impressed with the check in person named Justin. We arrived early and he found rooms together that were already cleaned, so we could check in right away. We traveled with grandchildren so that was very appreciated. We enjoyed the water park, and the hotel is next door to the Mississippi Museum.

The breakfast included was good, They probably could use a larger seating area for the size of the hotel.

The kids love the water park! The staff is very friendly , the snack hut is reasonably priced and The bathroom is clean from the showers to the stalls. The scenery is great with the river walk out back and the art collection on display. The free continental breakfast comes in handy in the mornings when you just want to be able to grab a bite and start your day without leaving .

Our special request was granted, and we had a lovely room with a view of the river. Quiet and very comfortable room, especially the mattress. Breakfast was good. Wonderful location.

The better height was rough for my elderly mother, who is short. Parking was difficult upon our arrival on a Saturday with the lot full.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff (house cleaners and desk workers included). VERY comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again.

The toilets were very low. We are older folks and my wife had a little trouble getting up. That's the only negative I can think of.

The games were awesome for the prizes.

I bought two popcorns packages from:the front desk and also bought a stuffed eagle for $10 or $12 and my son and I were in the game room playing by ourselves at about 8:00 at night when they closed and we realized that we left it there and asked and no one had seen it and we looked and the popcorn and eagle were not there. We went up to our room realized that the items are missing, came back down and they were gone so I had to buy another eagle in the morning. I want to assume that somebody that was staying there took it but they were closed and no one was in there so it really doesn't look very good on the employees part.

Breakfast was ok - very crowded and the stations got a little messy due to so many people . Disappointed that styrofoam was used for everything but I guess that’s understandable considering the amount of people.

Food stations ran low because the number of guests. A little messy as well.

I could see the Mississippi River from my room. Nice walking path. Walking distance to the River Museum.

Bathroom needs to be updated…soap dish in shower stained and sink handles leaked water only when in use. On our second day, my sons were not able to have access the big slides due to staffing concerns but the staff at the front desk helped out with coverage and the kids were able to go down all big slides towards the end of the day. The staff worked to accommodate the customers.
