The breakfast was ok. I had toast and scones with a cup of milk.

The egg omelets were cold and the sausage upset my spouses stomach. I had booked two rooms with king size beds in each and upon reviewing my credit card statement it shows four charges instead of just two. I have called and left a message hoping to resolve the issue. Their were two charges on 9/16 and two more charges on 9/18 so there are four chages for $197.31 instead of just two.

Room was very clean as well as the breakfast area. Nice pool and hot tub for use. Walking distance to supermarket and various other stores.

Bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, mainly the pillows, not enough support. Breakfast sausage wasn't very flavorful and the coffee we got was burnt. No vending machines despite signs pointing to them, couldn't seem to find even one on any floor. Just ice machines where the vending was supposed to be.

The location was convenient to downtown and the harbor. The rooms were clean and the decor was modern; linens and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable, and the thermostat was easy to use to keep waking and sleeping temperatures at comfortable levels. All staff were courteous. The breakfast was good. Some items were not available due to delayed delivery of food items for preparation. The kitchen staff worked diligently to keep everything else well stocked. There still were good choices available for breakfast.

Location perfect. Very clean room, spacious. Heater worked good on the chilly night. Great that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap was provided. Refrigerator worked well.

Breakfast wasn't good-sausage was cold, eggs were tasteless. Mattress was hard and lumpy.

The room was wonderful and clean and i like being able to get Netflix

I didn't like the way you all billed me you all billed me two times in one day which put my checking account at a zero balance which really inconveniences me. So I had to transfer money from another account which I shouldn't have had to do .

The Saturday breakfast was great! Staff thoughtful and friendly

The ice machine at the end of the 2nd floor hallway didn't have ice. Sunday breakfast was a bust :( went out to breakfast. Seems a bit expensive nightly stay. Asked if I could use my AARP discount and it would have actually cost more.

We registered a room through a third party, and when we arrived at the hotel, the transaction had not come through yet to the hotel. So we didn't have to wait in the lobby for the registration to come through, the clerk gave us a room and then notified us when the registration came in. My wife then went down to give him her credit card to seal the deal. A very nice young man.

Good breakfast. Stayed 3 days and room not cleaned. Was not informed you had to specify you wanted cleaning the night before.

TV service was difficult. Our room looked out on a cement wall no more than 4 feet away from the building. We did not complain but should have. Rates were steeper because of homecoming in town.

Not a major issue but when booking I put that I would arrive between 3-5pm we got there at 4. Check in was great. Simple quick, asked which floor I wanted to be on. Went to go to room and it was still in the process of being cleaned. I was more confused about the thought process of multiple availability and we were given a room that hadn't been cleared yet.

Room and amenities were very nice and very clean

Floor in bathroom and entry were very slippery! Washcloths and hand towels were very thin, expected better considering the rest of amenities.
