On our way home from Sioux falls, We were snowed in last minute during a blizzard and had to stay a second night. Manager Monique was so compassionate and accommodating for my mother, Aunt and I. And they offered an evening meal during the blizzard to all guests. It was comforting and satisfying. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was great & our room was phenomenal! For an unexpected delay in our way home and being snowed in, we felt like it was a wonderful vacation with the girls. Thank you so much

The dryer took an exceptionally long time to dry a fairly decent sized load. 3 whole runs for one load. Otherwise, NOTHING ELSE! it was great

Great hot breakfast, comfy beds, quiet hotel right off the highway - all in all, it was a great place for our family to stay on our recent road trip. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked bigger than most hotel pools and had a splash pad. We'd definitely book here again!

Front Desk young lady was extra helpful with printing our air ticket..the printer was not much help and confusing. She took time to help us print our tickets.

Strange guy in hot tub. He acted and talked strangely. I'm not sure if he was even.a member.of the pool.

I attended Risefest and it was close to the event. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

We were early getting there and they checked us in even though it was way before check in time. Our room and the whole facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

People in the next room woke me at 1:30. Not sure what was going on but the noise did not stop until after 3. Not a great night. Not really the fault of the hotel. Disappointed the hot tub was closed
