This is a locally owned hotel. The interior was in excellent condition from the common areas to the room. The staff were very friendly and shared with me where to eat and discussed the town in general. I will stay here again when my son starts at Northwestern College.

Clean hotel with a nice breakfast. Loved the Activia yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Kids loved the waffles, bagels, pastries, and juice. We were impressed that our room was serviced well after the first night. Also the rain shower head was a nice luxury.

The curtains did not block out much light.

Best value for a motel stay that I have seen in years. Basic motel but very clean. Appears to be recently remodeled. Our room had a nice refrigerator and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Parking lot and grounds were well kept and we felt we were in a safe place. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was minimal but ok.

Rooms are nice and clean and we were asked if we wanted service in our room which they took care of. The shower was wonderful!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for both of us. More egg options, peanut butter, and flavors of cream cheese would be great.

We choose this hotel every time we stay in Orange City. The rate is low, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast includes waffles and pastries. A delicious cafe is across the street. The staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't think of anything they could improve on. It's a great value for the area.

The bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast was good, as we like waffles and cereal and toast. No eggs or sausage. The location was great.

An elevator to the 2nd floor would've been nice.

The facility has been up graded and is very clean and modern. The breakfast was good and just as advertised. It did not have eggs or meat, but that was just fine. There was hard boiled eggs though.

I love staying here when I go and see my son play football at Northwestern College, its convenient and great on price

Didn’t try the breakfast. The restaurant across the street was great and I was not in a rush. Shower was fabulous.

No complaints. Got to stay on first floor.

The location, the comfy bed and the warm room.

The coffee,....See through coffee isn't coffee I enjoy drinking....that was the first morning. The second morning the coffee was enjoyable.
