The motel was clean and easily accessible from the highway. Number of entries to building were convenient. Parking was sufficient and convenient.

I thought the breakfast was OK but very limited. Standard cereal choices, waffles and bread choices. Only offered sausage on the three mornings with addition of egg patties one day. I believe a potato choice with biscuits and gravy would have been more appropriate for the price of the room. Choices offered were pretty consistent with the low end of cutrate motels.

Prefer eggs and bacon. Pancakes would be nice. Milk was cold. Coffee was better than average. Dining area was very clean. Thomas

This hotel is a good value and we can bring our dogs. We stay here when we travel to Northwest Iowa

It was so humid while we were there so the room had a musty smell

It was very clean and to me that’s the most important.

The bathroom was very tight. The train tracks are just across the road so it’s very loud when the train comes through and blows the whistle.

Always clean lobby and room. Good location for shopping and eating and entertainment. Good value and breakfast was really good - nice to have a hot breakfast especially in the winter. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Hot tub was not working but didn't really need it. Otherwise everything else was good.

Checking in was fast, a clean room, and a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast area was small but adequate. There's additional seating in the lobby. The food was good.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was well lit and beautiful. Everything worked wonderfully. Staff was exceptional. I got a room with a spa tub and it was amazing. The tub was clean and had very easy instructions to follow on how to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a gem! Incredible staff with excellent amenities for the price. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I used to stay here when I was a kid for bday parties- it was formerly the Amerihost inn. it was very nostalgic and comforting. The staff was accommodating and very friendly and helpful. we will definitely stay here again. thank you!!

TV was not set to proper source and had to be changed. Second day key card was not active, had to be reset.
