Prefer eggs and bacon. Pancakes would be nice. Milk was cold. Coffee was better than average. Dining area was very clean. Thomas

More varity for breakfast.

This hotel is a good value and we can bring our dogs. We stay here when we travel to Northwest Iowa

It was so humid while we were there so the room had a musty smell

Always clean lobby and room. Good location for shopping and eating and entertainment. Good value and breakfast was really good - nice to have a hot breakfast especially in the winter. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Hot tub was not working but didn't really need it. Otherwise everything else was good.

It was very clean and to me that’s the most important.

The bathroom was very tight. The train tracks are just across the road so it’s very loud when the train comes through and blows the whistle.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was well lit and beautiful. Everything worked wonderfully. Staff was exceptional. I got a room with a spa tub and it was amazing. The tub was clean and had very easy instructions to follow on how to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was fast, a clean room, and a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast area was small but adequate. There's additional seating in the lobby. The food was good.

I used to stay here when I was a kid for bday parties- it was formerly the Amerihost inn. it was very nostalgic and comforting. The staff was accommodating and very friendly and helpful. we will definitely stay here again. thank you!!

The outside may not look so pretty but inside my room was perfect. I love how clean and decorative my room was. The room location was perfect, I loved how I can look down over the pool from a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows.

The remote wasn’t working which I didn’t complain about because I had my phone and laptop. And the room smelled of very strong chlorine. I sneezed throughout my stay, had runny nose, and stuffy nose. Every time I left the room my nose felt better and I wasn’t sneezing. So the room cleaner just needed to ease down on the Clorox or whatever they used to clean the room because it was way too strong.

The Hotel was very nice, the staff was very courteous and always smiled and greeted you when you came into the building or just in passing in the Hall. Breakfast was good as well. If in the area again I will not hesitate to stay here again.
