The hospitality, the breakfast, pool and hot tub was amazing. you do not find that to much anymore. I love the fact that your windows open to let fresh air in,

the noise coming from the casino garage, I had to call the police and so did others. So we were talking to one of our employees and he told us that he was there watching them. This is something that happens quit often. He told us that the security says nothing to them and the police just tells them that is enough that hotel guest are complaining. I just think that maybe your company could talk to the police and the horseshoe casino, that is my only complaint,

The staff were really great. They have an indoor/outdoor pool area with waterfall & 15 person hot tub that were clean and wonderful. Continental breakfast was good and offered multiple items. Windows opened in rooms so we could have fresh air.

We had a room that apparently housekeeping had replenished. We had 2 towels, no conditioner & we had to go down to get toilet paper as no extra roll in room. Maybe they were training new staff. Room was clean.

I nostalgia of the place was simply incredible. We loved the place as a whole. The pool was warm and we loved the indoor outdoor part. Lounge area was clean and looked great! The bar was also very clean and staff was amazing. We loved the outdoor area as well. We plan to come back in warmer weather just to sit outside lol. Beautiful hotel.

The fact the cleaning lady literally walked into our room a little after 10 am, no knock, no morning. We had just gotten fine swimming and was fresh out of the shower. My husband was naked! I was half naked. I'm grateful he was right by the door and was able to quickly shut the door, and tell her we were not checked out yet. How embarrassing.

We had originally booked a different hotel with a pool for our kids to enjoy. We got to that hotel and the pool was not in service. This weekend was very busy with all the tournaments in town but thankfully Stoney creek had rooms available. Our first time staying there and it did not disappoint. Pool was working! Beds very comfortable. GREAT price. And delightful breakfast. receptionists were very kind. We will be booking this hotel everytime we need to stay in Sioux City!

The location is always a plus but I like the fact I can use my Zip app or Klarna and save money but for some reason the front desk did seperate transactions and messed up the Zip transaction and it charged me for 2 rooms on the app but the hotel ended up only giving me one room so I let the grandkids stay with their mom and I went home.

That I did not get a room but still have to pay for it on my Zip app.

Awesome hidden gem! Got a super cheap rate on a last minute room. Pool was closed for maintenance but no biggie, the hot tub was open and the little courtyard was so cute! Got to enjoy sitting out next to the pond at night with my husband and satellite gaze. Room was cozy, nice and cool. Enjoyed some drinks from the bar, and the breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great! The family enjoyed the swimming area and breakfast was delicious! Location was great for our walk to the event center, and the our rooms were awesome, spacious and clean! 10/10 recommend the facility!

Night time staff was rude to our kids in the hallway, yelling at them to that they could not leave their rooms at all. Otherwise all other staff was great and pleasant! Always look forward to a stay at Stoney Creek!

Handicap parking could've been better located. I'm a service connected disabled Army vet. Mobility access is important. Also, would be nice if the end of the Wings on the ground floor had exits you could use with your room key. I understand the security of controlled access is important. But your customer, "the guest", a comfort/convince, doesn't that count too?

The cost of the room was exceptional considering the size! The suite was perfect for my family of 6! My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was also a huge hit, and it was awesome that it opened at 6am so my kids could swim all morning! The staff was very welcoming and kind. The back patio area is also beautiful.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like!
