Loved that the breakfast was made to order from Kahill's and was able to enjoy some delicious blueberry pancakes, sausage and potatoes. We're bummed that we didn't get to enjoy the hotel and its amenities but overall enjoyed our short stay. The receptionist was a pleasure to talk to and had great customer service. The hotel was in a nice quiet location.

The carpet had stains on it but is understandable being a pet friendly room. Also, the sink knobs were extremely hard to turn.

We enjoyed the Sunday buffet Ivery much. The food was excellent and so much to choose from! It was wonderful. We also had a nice view of the river while we ate The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. I really liked the walk in shower. Very nice place to stay.

The front desk check in guy was a little hard to understand. I had trouble understanding how to get to my room.

The location was great, easy access to everywhere. The property was beautiful inside and outside was as well. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, I like a little firmer pillow, but my husband liked his. We walked outside around the grounds in the morning, it was beautiful out, and so relaxing to walk along the river. Several places to sit and relax, drink our Starbucks from right inside, that was nice to have that available. We sat beside a beautiful fountain under the trees in the shade on a beautiful patio, very inviting and comfortable. Loved all of our stay. And the AC felt great on such a very hot day!

There was bottled water in our room, but was not complimentary. Would have been a nice touch to have even a couple of bottles of water complimentary.

Did not eat breakfast here. Loved the location, our room was riverfront and it was nice to be able to walk out of our room to the river! Saw a beautiful sunset. We stayed on the first floor. Nice, clean and comfortable room.

Would have been nice to have free breakfast. Could hear people talking loudly in hallway outside our room very early in the morning. Maybe we were too close to an entrance to avoid that.

The pool was wonderful! Chophouse had wonderful food! Comfortable and spacious rooms.

The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. Asked for some at the front desk and they gave me some small bottles. Elevators are tiny ha ha.

Room and view were wonderful. Nice to have cafe available.

For such a pricy place they should be able to have at least a decent two ply toilet paper. No where on property for long walk along river

There was not much not to like, unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to enjoy most of what was available.

Did not like the fact that ALL of what was available was not made know to us until after we were checking out. Notified the person in charge and we were told they they would endeavor to change this over site.

The property was on a beautiful waterfront.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not filled with water and we were looking forward to sitting it after a long day. 3AM came Saturday night and people were screaming down the halls.

Overall very clean and quiet. Easy to work with as a traveler. Kahills was amazing and the host (or whoever took phone orders was clutch) order was perfect and food amazing !

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom door is ridiculous. It’s one of those sliding barn door things. It doesn’t actually cover the opening to the bathroom. Even when closed, there is a 3-inch gap to see in.
