I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They were happy to freeze our ice packs for us, which was so helpful! The breakfast was adequate. We have gluten and dairy intolerance, so could only eat the eggs and oatmeal, but appreciated that there's at least an option for us.

More gluten and dairy free options would be nice, because these are very common allergies. Even if they were prepackaged items (frozen or shelf stable?) and available upon request. Thank you!

Property was clean. Room was spacious and clean. Beds are most definitely on the firmer side.

I did not enjoy that I had to pay the difference between the booking.com price and the “hotels” price. I didn’t understand that and am confused on what the purpose of using booking.com and getting a discounted price just to have to pay the difference at the hotel. Never had to do this before. Just at this facility.

We were amazed at how spacious the room was, the double sinks made getting ready so much faster, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect amount of cosy blankets! And our room was thoroughly clean! It was a nice quiet location, on the very edge of town so there wasn’t a lot of street noise so we enjoyed peaceful sleep. We didn’t go out for supper but there is a cool restaurant right across from the hotel entry that looks like fun!

Excellent new motel in Liberal. Roomy, clean, quiet, comfortable, outstanding beds and linen. Best pillows we've had on the trip. Maybe the best breakfast of the trip. Had a bit of a mixup with an extra charge due to a disconnect between Comfort Suites and Booking, but the issue was resolved by the manager. We really like the Comfort Suites lineup. Highly recommend.

Rooms are great. Every room has a couch that pulls-out to make another bed. The space in the rooms allows for people to sit and not have to be on the beds all the time. Pool and hot tub are a nice feature as well.

It took way too long to check in! Then they charged an extra $6.00 fee, saying that the fee is because we were using booking. We ha e never had this problem before! Again, because it took so long, we didn't argue with the staff about it.

Great room! Comfortable! Very nice and helpful staff.

No real complaints. The only thing I would mention is that I miss when hotels had full sized pillows versus those tiny square pillows.

Hot breakfast, hotel was on the edge of town quick access to the highway & stores, eateries. It was very close to our business affairs so it worked out very well for my trip. Well lighted property felt very safe here.

Cleaner hallways and staircases, the many that were staying there were oil field workers and the staff could not keep up with the foot traffic so it left a real mess everywhere. When checking in they had no luggage carts which for the elderly many were left struggling with baggage and gear. A real problem that needs to be addressed quickly.
