The breakfast was great and they gave me a room near the outside door so I could easily take my dog out.

The outside door nearest to my room was heavy and slammed shut anytime someone used it. Thankfully people weren't using it much overnight but it was extremely loud when they did.

The breakfast, the location and the employees were excellent.

There were many dogs there during our stay and I was concerned about my allergies due to dogs and cats. The dogs seemed to be everywhere and that was concerning. I had hoped that there were special rooms for pets and their owners and special rooms for people allergic to them. But it looked like they did not have special accommodations due to the holiday weekend.

Lots of breakfast options. I was hoping the cinnamon rolls would be warmer or had a microwave to heat them up (though I may have missed it, I only stayed one night). The room was very clean and comfortable, however the claim of "hospital-grade clean" is questionable after seeing a layer of dust on top of the outlet in the bathroom (but that's just my tendency to pay ridiculous attention to details). Overall, we were very happy with the stay. We have stayed at a couple hotels in Franklin, KY and this is the best by far.

Everything was great, just wish we could have stayed more than one night and had a chance to utilize the indoor pool and hot tub.

It is a very clean place!!! The small details in the room are an extra little touch, very cool. The breakfast was AWESOME

The walls are very thin!!! You can hear people leaving at 4am and/or walking around above you. I'll bring a small fan next time. We will be back it's really nice

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were neatly kept. The bathroom was very spacious, which was nice. The location was good, just off the interstate.

IHG breakfasts are adequate, but not great.

Anthony at the front desk was very nice, personable and informative. Check in was easy. The facility was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was amazing. We extended our stay for another day very easily

Conveniently located. Room was clean and staff were professional.

A bit nervous because when we arrived there were guests outside because an alarm had sounded. Staff told us it was a warning because of water pressure for the sprinkler system. No problems after that, but it was unnerving.

Hotel and room were clean and spacious. All the staff was super nice and polite. Breakfast was all hot and fresh.

The pool was broken but thats not the fault of hotel or staff. I asked how long pool was going to be down for and gentleman at desk quickly answered questions. He said pool was down to heating element being bad and they were waiting on part. ONCE AGAIN NOT ANYONES OR HOTELS FAULT. The hotel and staff were great.

Room was attractive and spacious with updated decor in restful soothing colors. Beds were comfortable. Entire room was clean including the bathroom. Shower was great. Breakfast was very good and included wonderful bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes, oatmeal with many toppings, pastries, muffins, cereals, juice, coffee, milk, etc.

Shower gel dispenser didn't work or was possibly empty? Disappointing because the couple of drops I was able to get smelled wonderful.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the full breakfast. It was delicious! During our stay, we needed extra towels so I walked down to the laundry area to ask for some. One of the ladies insisted on bringing them to our room. They were also very accommodating. Aside from the hot tub not working properly, everything was amazing. We will be returning.

My husband and i were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was not working at the time during our stay.
