The staff were friendly, the hotel was spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great and easy to access. Plenty of free parking, the breakfast was good. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and there were lots of chairs and loungers. The room was large and well appointed. Very comfortable beds, lots of pillows and very clean.

The lobby bar was closed during my stay.

Room cleaning was minimal at best, no bins emptied during our three day stay and fresh towels just left on bed on one day after we made the bed. Also our booking said room with garden view, in fact the view was over the car park !

Loved this immaculate Hotel. It is right next to a very clean Casino and only a forty minute drive to Nashville. Desk workers, maids, kitchen staff were all very courteous. Continental Breakfast was very good and well stocked.

Can't think of any negatives, one of the our best experiences in years of traveling.

Upon booking I had the options for a smoking room. Upon arrival i was told there are a non smoking room. I also booked a suite with garden view. I did not get that, and on the booking.com I booked a garden view. Otherwise, the hotel is a good one to stay at.

Hotel is brand new and very clean. The staff were great and attached to the Mint gaming hall was very convenient! Breakfast was decent

Would have been great if room rates could be competitive with the other hotels in the area price wise.

how clean it was

it need a handle in the shower for your wash cloth and a place for your towel when you get out of the shower and I also think they need to put garbage bags in the room.

We stayed during the horse races. Check-in was great. The room was clean and comfortable. And we had the garden view. That was great. Swimming pool and hot tub refreshing.

We love outside area, kids and our friends have a great time at the pool and hot tub and adults and join patio. Only thing I would like to change may be breakfast in the morning but overall everything was great.

Immaculate and large rooms. Worth the trip a couple miles off the interstate.

We’re not gamblers so having adjacent casino wasn’t a plus for us. However, we were surprised by how quiet it was.

They wouldn't help me with a jump start after leaving my lights on. Very disappointed
