Mynon, the manager, was working while we were enjoying our stay. She was extremely friendly and helpful when we were planning to visit locations near and far from the hotel. Our room was clean and easy to find, and so was the gym/exercise area. The pool was a bit on the smaller end, but that was good! My wife and I had it to ourselves for around an hour before we checked out! The complimentary breakfast was also nice, and all the guests were quiet enough that we could have a private conversation over breakfast.

The only thing I may not have liked is that there were times when I wanted to relax and I could hear other people late at night some. Someone's alarm also was going off for like an hour one morning and they weren't turning it off, as we were trying to sleep in. That isn't the hotel's fault though.

Clean and comfortable! Staff is so very nice. Pool was very clean and area was was well kept.

The staff smoking by the pool entrance / exit door. You had to walk past them to get in or out. Perhaps they need a different spot than right by the pool gate we’re there is literally a no smoking sign.

We. Rented a meeting room for a family members 40th birthday party. The staff was great and very accommodating. The front desk clerk Mynon was a big help. Our stay was great and we enjoyed breakfast as well.

I have been charged twice for a 2 night's stay. That's a lot of money that I don't have. I'm satisfied with my room the staff everything except for this.

From start to finish my stay exceeded my expectations staff was courteous, friendly & accommodating..the hotel on ALL levels OUTSTANDING!!! A++++ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! Btw..let me add traveling during Covid is for me a little unnerving 2 say the least & I'm really conscious about sanitizing, everything was super clean I felt comfortable...thanks again...I will b back.

it was very clean and in a good location. only 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

the visit was amazing and the staff was sweet but the beds were hard and so uncomfortable
