The location was perfect. We commuted in to Nashville for dinner and a concert at Nissan Stadium. Traffic was an absolute nightmare. We ended up parking at the stadium and walking over into downtown to eat. The ride to and from the hotel was smooth and easy. The hotel was awesome. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options and fresh. Coffee was great, too. Absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. It had the best coffee I've had at any hotel I've stayed at. Before checkout, they had a packed breakfast ready for customers to take if they didn't have time to eat there. I thought that was thoughtful.

I hated the toilet. I don't know why it was so short. It's the perfect height for toddlers. 😂

Breakfast! Price a bit high. Walls are soo thin. Had active children above us. We arrived late so wanted to sleep in a bit. Not happening with the kids above us jumping around. Maybe put families on bottom floor. Otherwise one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Keep it up, appreciate it soo much.

I had already traveled nine hours that day, and was planning to push through for four more and decided that might not be a good idea. So I did a quick search for a hotel and found the Hampton Inn. It was right off of the interstate and very convenient. James at the front desk was professional, engaging and quite helpful. It was a newer facility, and everything was maintained very well. I use the fitness center and the equipment was great. I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Breakfast was nice. We got there a bit late so some things were not really hot. But, we made delicious waffles and there were many other choices. When we arrived we were treated to excellent information about the area and restaurants close by. Had a wonderful meal and came back to the room for a very comfortable sleep. Beds felt great!

The heated dishes containing the eggs and sausage were not hot enough. But again, we were late getting there.

Convenient, clean and liked the breakfast, room, tv…all great!

Preferred to book direct but gentleman I talked to at Hampton number had broken English and was rude, so I booked with booking.com. Wondered why there is no way to talk to motel directly to book! Wondered why there was not a reduced rate for seniors.

The staff at this Hampton Inn were top notch. We stayed here, unplanned on Christmas Eve, due to illness while traveling, and they made a crappy day end much better. They even left holiday stockings with a few treats on our door knob when we woke up the next morning. And the breakfast, a typical hotel spread, was served with a lot of love. It was a great touch.

The overall hotel is very nice and appears clean. The breakfast looked good (we didn’t have time to eat). The beds were comfortable too.

There were multiple hairs in the sheets on both of our beds. It was late and we had children so we didn’t want to pack up and move rooms at that point. Picking them out of the bed and sleeping in it was a little disheartening though after spending good money.

We were in a car wreck, on our way back from vacation, still 6 hours from home. No tow or rental cars available on a Sunday, we had no choice but to find a place for the night and sort things Monday morning. We could not have landed in a better location. Paula at the front desk was so kind as we came in, still reeling from the unexpected turn of events. The room was exactly the comfort we needed. Plush bed, relaxing chairs, fabulously hot shower with excellent water pressure, cold mini-fridge. The breakfast was a larger variety than we've seen at other hotels, with DIY waffles (full and mini sizes, in 2 flavors) and fun toppings, oatmeal and assorted mix-ins, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and potatoes, muffins, croissants, toast and bagels, with an assortment of teas, coffee, and juices. Everything kept stocked and tidy by the breakfast staff, with plenty of options other than standard table & 4 chairs to have a relaxing meal. Paula was again so kind as we struggled to find how to get the rest of the way home. 5 stars just for her alone.

Only negative was the circumstances that brought us there. Definitely planning to SCHEDULE our stops here on future trips.

This place is always a great place to stay! Food is wonderful and the staff is great!

It is starting to show signs of wear that need maintenance. The in wall charging ports were broken and the anchor to the bathroom door fell off leaving the door to the bathroom able to slide off the runner.
