I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Clarksville, TN, at Exit 11, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel was spotless and clearly well-maintained. You can tell that it’s been newly remodeled—the rooms feel fresh and updated, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. And the breakfast? It was the icing on the cake! There was a wide selection of fresh, hot, and delicious items to start the day right. Highly recommend this Quality Inn for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent amenities and service!

Loved everything about this hotel

Our room and common areas were very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in a convenient location not far from the highway.

The desk clerks were friendly but usually not present at the desk. Ringing the bell to summon them worked but often with a delay. When it first opened the breakfast area was cold. It warmed up later. The smoke alarm (maybe CO alarm?) in our room beeped periodically. It was too late in the evening and we were already in bed when we first noticed it, so we did not ask for the issue to be addressed. I eat cold cereal for breakfast. There were no cereal bowls. I inquired at the front desk and was told they were "out of bowls."

The breakfast was average, could have had more options, but it was okay. We stayed here traveling from Kansas to attend a Christmas concert in Nashville. Rates here were a 1/4 or 1/3 of those in Nashville and it was only a 40 minute drive. The location was excellent, as it was only a couple blocks off of the Interstate. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was the first one off of the elevator but it was quiet; we never heard a sound from the elevator or hallway. We would recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, and value and would definitely stay here again.

It drives me nuts when the plastic forks etc are placed in a cylinder handles down so when you grab one you’re touching ALL OF THEM. I know you can fit more but it’s an excellent way to spread germs. Also yogurt would have been nice.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plus, it was very easy to enter and exit the parking area. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel. It is in a very quiet location. It even had a washer and dryer for use in the vending areas.

Other than the shower not having great water pressure, I did not find much to be disappointed in.

The location was good, bed comfy and shower pressure great. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from like waffles, cereal, breakfast potatoes, sausage, etc.

We got a room with the jacuzzi tub but the tub is outdated and cracked and the pillows were small so two made on pillow.

Room was great. Liked the aquarium.

Breakfast was mediocre at best.. Eggs never replenished. Getting into and out of property was extremely difficult.

Incredibly clean with a great location, the road to get to it as a little strange but that's not their fault. Breakfast was great and the front desk was a really cool guy! Parking was open and very easy to manage, too.
