The room was clean very accommodating. Did not see pet friendly until we got there I am allergic to dogs. All pet free rooms were taken so they were kind enough to vacuum a 2nd time in the room they gave which worked thankfully as they were sold out. Indoor pool and sauna that was open and not over chlorinated to the point of making your eyes burn just walking by. Overall happy with accommodations

Went to breakfast 2nd morning and the buffet had scraps left and was taking a long time to refill. Part of which were rude breakfast goers that took a full plate of bacon and left crumbs. The rudeness of others is not their fault. But the other 2 mornings were perfect.

This was the second hotel we went to in Tennessee it was very nice there was a lot of kids in the pool area I think kids should be not allowed in the pool area after 8:00 so that adults can have time without children around a lot of kids playing in the sauna and getting in the hot tub that were under 16 the breakfast buffet was great the staff was really nice they stayed stocked up on the food the bartender was really nice she made us a couple of margaritas they were very good the staff at the front desk were very helpful they had a map for us it was easy to check in and check out we like this one a lot better than the holiday Inn we stayed at in memphis just think after evening time there should be a no children in the lobby so adults dont have to fight kids to use the pool sauna or hot tub but other than that it was awesome we will be coming back next month thank you

The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the grits, biscuits, sausage and gravy. We also ate at the Atrium Restaurant the night before after a LONG drive. The young man who waited on us was exceptional. My wife enjoyed the catfish fillets and I enjoyed a nice sized rib eye steak. The rolls tasted like homemade. We had the place virtually to ourselves, whichrat race. was nice during the holiday rat race. When the batteries weren't working on our TV remote the manager quickly and cheerfully replaced them. A nice person who clearly his work. Sinks worked and shower was great - real 80's ceramic tile! :) No bugs and the room smelled fresh! Beautiful central courtyard right outside our room! Nice outdoor and indoor pool plus hot tub.

The room was a little dated, but very clean. The proximity to our vehicle could have been better. Otherwise very little to dislike here. Sad that more people weren't at the Atrium Restaurant. Not flashy, but good food!

The breakfast was simply excellent! Homemade biscuits and gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs. Plentiful fruit tray. They even had grits! Also milk, orange juice, and apple juice. Hostess filled out coffee twice! Highly recommend!!

The restaurant in the hotel had limited hours 5-8 PM. That was sad because the food was excellent! They were short staffed and struggling to keep it open. This is sad because we enjoyed eating there after a long day of driving! A throwback to a different era of conference centers that had everything.

The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. They make sure you have plenty of towels in the room and I really liked the flooring not being carpet. Really leads to a more comfortable stay because you can see that the floors are clean and don't feel like you have to put shoe on to use the restroom in the middle of the night.

The only issue that I saw at all was there was never any towels in the pool area but it was very busy and I can understand how they couldn't keep up.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were superb; I truly appreciated the care they showed to my mother. I was shocked and disappointed that I was not able to take my mother her breakfast to her in the room🥲. I was not aware there were no elevators, otherwise I would have requested to be on the lower level for us both

No Boiled eggs. The servers were bring it out hot, but it got cold to quickly. There was no ironing board in our room, but because we had adjoining rooms we used the one in the other room The hours for the pool/hot tub were disappointing.

Indoor spa, pool, dining on sight. I really like the old type hotels The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Our first room 200 was horrible. as there was a mechanical sound coming from the service hallway between our unit and room 201. Sounded like a pressure washer running on and off. It was lucky that they had another room to move us to so we didn't have to deal with this all night long. Even though they moved us to 214, we could still hear that machinery running from time to time.

Friendly and accommodating employees who went above and beyond expectations to assure customer needs were met from the time they entered the restaurant until they left. I ate the buffet breakfast and returned for dinner all 4 days of my stay. Food was delicious and service was super. Swimming pools are beautiful and well kept. Sauna was a plus to unwind at the end of a day. Ana, our cleaning lady was the Best Ever! She was bubbly and outgoing…a delight as she graciously provided us with fresh, clean towels and soap. If I could, I would rate this hotel more than a 10. I highly recommend this place to all travelers.

Employees should be praised more and compensated for their performance by increasing their measly salary. I suggest a tip jar located at the register in the dining area.

We loved the indoor and outdoor pool facilities they even had a baby pool my daughter loved. The breakfast was included and delicious. The courtyard was a wonderful place to relax and watch fireflies. We loved the atmosphere of this hotel, very family friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely stay again. The staff was wonderful and friendly, guest services, housekeeping, and food service. The location is also convenient close to Walmart, Target, Waffle House, and many other restaurants.

Out of all the many great employees we encountered, there was only one woman who worked at the front desk who wasn't very welcoming. The mattress was a little hard and hurt my back, I think they should start replacing those over time. Also, the room had a ventilation issue. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, and I think if they replaced it, that may help. It is obviously humid in TN, but our hanging clothes and bedding stayed damp over the week and never dried.

I personally love the layout of the property. the indoor pool being open was surprise and there was a hot e tub with a sauna. with it being cold those came in handy. didn’t like the sand in the hot tub but you know. oh the sauna had no water in it but it came in handy too to dry off before going back outside. the evening staff was pleasant with wonderful hospitality and the morning breakfast lady was working alone but was amazing with service. breakfast was simple and filling. I enjoyed the waffles so much I took one home. I also booked a smoking room and even though I smoke you don’t want the room to smell like it, and that’s exactly what I got the room smelled clean. even had the outside ashtray right by the front door. I don’t know how they got to do the towels and bedding but the towels were adorably laid out and the bed was tucked so tight I was impressed. the only thing I had a real trouble with was the extra door key. 1 of the 2 keys didn’t work. sorry for the extended review but I believe in whole honesty.
