We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Staff at the check in was very friendly. Lobby area was clean as was the room we stayed in.

We asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day and fresh towels. They were reminded about cleaning the room that morning also. When we came back to the room at 4:30 pm the room had not been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. The cleaning staff were on our floor when we left the hotel that morning, I not sure why the room was not cleaned. The top of the bathroom walls had some mold on them near the ceiling.

Great location! Easy access to and from I24 and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the bar, happy hour and the friendly staff. The entry area was welcoming. There’s an indoor pool and small gym if desired.

Beds were just okay. I also realized I could have e gotten a much better deal booking through the actual hotel rather than on Booking however it was too late to cancel.

Warmest pool in Clarksville!

Pool and hot tub facilities need to be cleaned and cleaned more frequently than they are currently. This is one of the best features and they are neglecting to keeping clean.

The location was good and after a 16 hour drive it was an Oasis... Staff was very accommodating. Very friendly

The fact that my 1st room didn't have heat and the Employee stated that the previous guest reported it but the room was rented again. Immediate accommodations were made within seconds. I was satisfied ultimately. Great Job!!!

Sharisse the manager behind the desk was amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong day and she helped me last minute get it all figured out. You don’t find good customer service anymore, I would definitely return.

Breakfast was good. The stay was good and the also got a bar from 5-11pm that was cool as well.

The price I had to pay but it’s what came with booking last minute I guess.

The motion sensors on the hot tub didn’t seem to wear, there were large, sharp pieces of plastic in the pool, and food sitting on the edge of the pool.
