Pool area was not clean. Water somewhat cloudy. Unattended children under 12 and staff walked by but no one addressed where parents were, jumping off sides of pool huge liability for franchise. Kitchen area was worked by lady who gave you side eyes when you grabbed extra banana or kids wanted to return for more cereal or hot food. Made you uncomfortable

The breakfast was very good and there was plenty for all. The location for convenience to Clarksville was great but I would not say this was a romantic location. The price for the cleanliness and service was just right. Very comfortable beds. The pool was a bonus, and we were the only guests using it both times we went. The guest laundry was nice to have available.

Facility was clean and decorated very nicely. The room was very clean and comfortable. Furniture was new and fresh looking. Everything worked properly in the room. The beds were very comfortable.
Different staff could have made an effort to be more friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect for our trip home. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean and rooms spacious.
My only complaint, there were no drinking cups in fitness room.

Our room at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clarksville was spotless! Special thanks to Tammy who cleaned our room! That made my day to walk into a room that was super clean! Also, I love how the hotel is so conveniently located to the mall and restaurants.
I wish we were able to make full waffles for breakfast. The waffle machine at the hotel only allows mini sized waffles.

Breakfast items are usually quite good with a lot of variety! The scrambled eggs & kielbasa sausage was good!
Breakfast items were all picked over at 8 am. The light roast coffee pot empty! Waffle maker was too messy to use & someone set toaster to burn bread!
