Friendly front desk staff. There was a well maintained dog walking area, and lots of other areas my dog and I could safely take a little stroll for exercise. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet.

It was a bit difficult to climb the stairs to my second floor room with luggage and dogs (my little dog was afraid of going down stairs.) This is not really the motel's fault, I know now to request a first floor room if I stay there again. I really wish the Red Roof chain would offer continental breakfasts. Those of us who travel with pets find it more convenient to grab something simple to take back to the room instead of going out somewhere else to find something.

Checkin was very easy and front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was fine. Basic, but clean and comfortable. Shower was very good. Best water pressure ever!

We wish we could have been on the ground floor. But when we asked, were told all king bed rooms were on the 2nd level. Our room was located far from the stairwell, so carrying luggage and such, to and from the car was a process….

It was updated, clean, and easy to get to off the highway, although a little confusing behind the super eight.

No hot water for drinking in the morning, or to make in the room. Also highway noise could be an issue at times for Sum. However, I expect that because I like it to be close to the highway.

I thought the room was nice. Nice bed decorations. the heat was comfy. pretty good tv selection w/hbo tbs etc.

The floor could be replaced it was worn in many spots, the shower wall had a 3 foot long crack that was patched up. there was no coffee pot.

large spa tub was clean! the whole room looked great & for a smoking room it didn’t smell like a ash tray! I stay in this room at least once a month. (I’m a smoker but I’ve used the non smoking room and it’s great too) the Wi-Fi works great with my roku so setting it up is easy. The staff is always amazing & I personally think the price is fair.

sometimes there’s sketchy people around but that’s out of their control. just lock up the cars(:

We liked the location of the hotel and the staff was so friendly. We liked being on the bottom floor and didn't hear the neighbors.

The shower looked very stained and had a large crack stretching around the handlebar. The wifi was slow but it still worked.

Room was clean with pleasant air quality; no problems with bed; beware of the hot water as it's not messing around. Very good water pressure in the bathroom fixtures. Front desk was helpful getting me switched to a non-smoking room after I must've lost my mind and booked a smoking room by mistake. Read your confirmation emails! That's the take-away.

Frankly, it met my expectations and even went a little beyond.

Night manager Tom was exceptional. Booking.com had dropped the ball. We paid Booking and the money was taken. When Booking sent the virtual card it was bad and declined. Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we arrived because of this. We arrived and Tom got on phone with Booking.com. Booking.com wanted to have Red Roof make us wait 3 or 4 hours until the fifth (our reservation was for fourth). Tom was awesome and worked hard. He managed to get us to our room, and he dealt with Booking.com through the night to get things situated.

Pillows were small and not very comfortable. Bed a bit in stuff side. But, aside from that, Red Roof Inn will remain as a go to. The only part of the trip we didn't like was the issue we had with Booking.com.

Easy to get to from the highway, well maintained parking and facade of building, large grassy pet area that was clean, quiet, room exceptionally clean and fresh. I recommend this hotel to any traveler.

We stayed in a remodeled room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The staff was very nice. For a budget motel, this exceeded expectations. I will stay again next time I'm in the area!
