The property was clean and room was very clean as well.

I didn’t like the safety aspect. On Saturday a man tried to enter my room and when front desk was informed about it the said they were unsure who it was. The guy claimed to be delivering room service but I never ordered room service. The front desk also states they don’t offer room service. Thankfully my fiancé was in the room with me. I’m pretty sure that what is startled the guy. They said someone from cooperate would be reaching out. The room was registered to my name not my fiancé name. The had the master key but we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the man still tried to enter.

It was good. The biscuits and gravy was very good, as well as the potatoes. That was all I had, and it was good. My husband was glad there was orange juice, and it was good tasting OJ. The shampoo and conditioner were good. Had a good hair day after using them.

I like doughnuts, and there were none. But that is not unusual for a hotel breakfast. The bath towels were pretty thin; we could have used an extra towel each to assure we got dry following showers.

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to serve not only myself but also other guests. Each time I passed the front desk they were displaying the same kindness and hospitality to everyone. The location is perfect for staying in Clarksville. This is our 5th time staying at Comfort Suites as we always come once a year as a getaway for our anniversary. There are plenty of restaurants as well as shopping and it's convenient to the interstate. The beds are always comfortable and the housekeeping staff are always available to provide extra pillows or towels or anything you need really. Always with a smile.. The air conditioning is awesome. I like my room very cold and the new systems they have in the rooms did the job perfectly. I can assume the heating will be just as amazing.

The toilet in our room required several flushes to fully empty and the handle was very loud when pressed. The bathroom sink had a constant stream of hot water despite being turned off as tightly as possible. One of the bedside lamps would turn on but was so dim that it was as if it wasn't on at all. It didn't emit any light past the shade. None of these were problematic and definitely nothing to complain about. We had an amazing trip and will be back next year.

Everyone was extremely nice,especially the lady setting up the breakfast.So nice and made sure that area was clean all the time.Bed was so comfy.Loved all the fluffy pillows and thick comforter.

It wasn't the hotels fault because of all this crazy weather but our 9 year old would have liked to have used the pool but it was freezing.After driving 8 hours could have used a hot tub😁

The 2 queen beds rooms are very big with plenty of open space and they are very nice and comfy!

The only thing I wasn’t pleased about was the fact this property does have an indoor pool which is the main reason I booked this property but it was open and useable but it’s not heated therefore this time of year isn’t ideal if you are looking for a indoor swim!

The room was large and had a bathtub, which is something I always love to take advantage of when I travel. The bathroom fixtures were upgraded and modern. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the large wide bench right by the door. It was equivalent in size to a toddler mattress in width but longer. It was great for dropping anything extra as I was coming in, sitting to put shoes on/take shoes off, leaving things out of the way while in the room--either on top or underneath.

The bathtub spigot had a significant leak. I closed the drain just so the staff could see how much water had been wasted overnight. The tub was 1/5 full just from 9:30pm to 7:00am.

Breakfast was good.

I was charged an additional charge after leaving. Checked out 3/28 & then they charged me an additional tax which went into effective 4/1. Called & told them they can’t charge several days after checking out. I called my credit card company & they took care of it. Our hair dryer didn’t work.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. In the room, the TV setup was good. Remote was easy to use and liked that you can watch TV from the bed or couch. The size of the TV was nice.

The room and bathroom were a bit small. And the view from the room was not great, but that's just because where our room was located . Also, I wasn't a fan that the ice machines were located only on the lower floors and the one on the second floor wasn't working..

The property was safe and clean. The room had enough room for my toddler to run around to keep her busy. It was a great stay.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was in the middle of every where I needed to go and not even 5 minutes from the mall.

The room was nice and spacious.. the bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast staff were amazing!! So kind

One of the spirits from the cemetery next door came into my dream.. she was in my room.. old lady with long black hair to the ground
