Both women who helped me at the front desk were so nice and professional. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were as well as considerate.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The beds were cozy, and the fridge is full sized. Additionally, the window provided plenty of natural light, but also included overhead lights. I especially loved the lighting over the beds, which made it easier to play cards or whatever.

The only thing I didn't like (which isn't their fault at all) is that there is a sketchy vibe to the place, and the lobby is small. However, these did not prevent me from having an exceptional stay.

There was no breakfast offered it would have been nice if they did. The guy at front desk was very nice an helpful. The exchange an paying for extra towels an linen for customer that are only staying a couple days I think is poor business practice tho. But overall I enjoyed the time I spent there because of the reason for the travel an stay

Paying for extra linen the next day when at any other place I stayed I was never charged for extra towels or sheets

Love it but some of the rooms need a little repair the water dripped from the nozzle and the spout at the same time in the shower causing a mess in the floor.

If you order food they can’t bring it to your room you have to meet them in the lobby and no breakfast unfortunately

The staff was great and they answer everything I asked of them. The room was very clean, and the hall ways smells really good. Didn’t smell like smoke at all

The employee working the counter was very nice and helpful changing my reservation dates last minute.

The room could have been a tad bigger

the option to be able to cook while you are staying there was great. The refrigerator came in handy and was actually cold.

the only problem I had was the traffic from people trying to get to chick-fil-a was horrible making it a hassle to get on and off the street the hotel is on.

Everything except the staff that checked me in...he was rude.
