Phenomenal value, pretty clean, ladies at the front desk are friendly.

Initially booked 2 days, extended by a day twice. Each morning around 9:30-10AM I had a lady from housekeeping open my door (was latched fortunately). No knock, no verbal alert or anything. She would ask if I was checking out and I said "no, I've booked another day" she then would say she doesn't speak English while walking away with a relatively unpleasant look on her face. That's it though. That aside, was a great place to stay. If you're going to barge into rooms like that you should know more than 3 words of the native language is all.

We had a room !!!

Supposed to be non-smoking, somebody smoked air conditioner and heating unit didn't work right, found bugs in the refrigerator. Housekeeping never showed up Housekeeping never showed up. Ask for extra towels, didn't get those either. Wish I could get my money back !!!😡🤬

Friendly staff & people who stayed in rooms were friendly. Great coffee was thankful & grateful for that!! It felt like a home away from home.Thank you, Gateway Inn & Suites !

No BREAKFAST!

the staff was amazing

the first room I was given smelled like cigarettes and the bed sheets were stained on both beds with something yellow and had cigarette burns in them. there were pieces of chocolate on the floor in between both beds, like the crunch bites but bigger. the walls had holes in them too

there was no breakfast sadly, but the room was amazing just enough beds amazing looks and enough room, it even had a desk.

there could have been better tvs like smart tvs, but that's not really the worst.breakfast would be nice to have at a motel/hotel

Location was great right off the highway. Lots of great eating places around. Was disappointed that there was No breakfast of any kind. The bed was clean and very comfortable. My room was nice and big.

They need to have a breakfast! Even just juice and cereal would do.

The first room they gave me it was the wrong room for my reservation request but overall they fixed it and rest of the stay was great!

the property was in a good location, easy to access and near a lot of local restaurants.

there were a lot of mishaps with the room. there was a broken wall socket hanging, the counter in the kitchen area is coming off the wall, the hair dryer was hanging off wall as well, the refrigerator was frozen over and not working and lastly the air conditioning was not working. room definitely needs some tlc.

The room was very spacious

Wish it had a full size fridge and had to shake the sheets on 1 of the bed cuz there was a little bit of crumbs or something from previous people
