The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. Every single staff member we came across was great during our stay. They allowed us to check in early and that was great because after a 9 hour driver we needed to rest! Breakfast was pretty simple but they kept it stocked very well during the time it was open and kept the area very clean. Our kids loved the indoor pool and gave us something to do while we had to wait to do the things we were there to do. It is close to a lot of food places and stores and about a 15 minute drive to the military base.

Our kids love waffles and that is one thing they did not have during breakfast but not a deal breaker.

Location was good Staff was helpful. Kenny made sure that we got a ground floor room. Very helpful getting WiFi connected

I booked this hotel because it was listed as Pet Friendly and I let the property know when I booked the reservation that we were traveling with our dog. We were presented with a $50.00 pet fee at check in I am not opposed to paying a pet fee, I would appreciate knowing how much the fee would be before I booked the reservation

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful!

Only issue was just something to be aware of for future stays, 2nd floor is the pet floor. Now that I know I will make a point to request not to be on the 2nd floor because my whole family is allergic to dogs. The hotel was booked solid for the holiday weekend, but they did try to get us a no-pet room after our first night. Unfortunately there wasn't one that would work for our group.

Everything , but especially the room size. We had a king suite and it was so comfortable. We lounged before and after dinner as well as before breakfast. I didn't feel as if we were stumbling over ourselves as in most chain hotels. The

The sitting area was very comfortable but the tv was not within viewing range. If a swivel mount was utilized it would make the room just about perfect 👌

The bathroom looked a little rough with a sloppy paint job and trim. No cups or ice bucket available without going back down to the lobby. No information pamphlet for available services, checkout requirements and local options for food delivery.Also the side entry way had the same large mud (or something) on the floor that you had to avoid, for our entire stay.

It was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room on 1st floor.

Shower water ran clear to the entry door for me. Husband couldn’t reach the soap as it is clear at the other end of the shower from the shower seat. No place to hook the shower head while in the seat.

The front desk was very professional and nice. Worked with me for a place I could park my motorcycle for security. The room was clean. Very satisfied.

Elevator did not work, but that happens. The corridors could have been vacuum better, however the place was maintained well.

The side entrance door was jammed and wouldn’t accept the key card so you can open the door so you had to walk all the way around to the front when you parked on the side and walk through the front entrance.

Beds were comfortable, accessible bathroom was large and easy to use, I liked the nightlight feature on the hairdryer. Breakfast was good and our boys enjoyed the salt water pool.

It took a long time for desk attendant to come, I think she was having her dinner. When I asked for additional towels, she gave me the small pool towels. The lobby had a moldy smell. Dad said his room was freezing when we got there.

The room was fine. Breakfast was good.

Cable went out on the tv but forgot to tell front desk. No sleeves for the hot, hot coffee cups. Nearly impossible to carry to room.
