The room and the facilities were exceptional.

The property was great. I was extremely upset and disappointed that I was not told up front that I would be charged an extra 50.00 for incidental. When I checked in I was charged 50.00 more than I was quoted. When I was questioned it I was then told about an extra charge. This put a damper on my whole trip because we were working off a budget. She told me the charge will come back but she wasn’t able to tell me when. I feel like this is a little dishonest way to do business.

I ended up in an king studio, only because it was a very last minute reservation and the only room left. with a king bed. It was spacious, had a full kitchen, comfy bed, and nice furnishings (except for the nasty couch, which noe that I'm thinking about it, was puzzling because everything else in the hotel was nice - maybe someone swapped it out). Overall I'd give the room 8/10. Gabby was on duty when I arrived. There are not enough AMAZING things I can say about her attitude, customer service and going WAYYYY above and beyond when I needed an ice pack and wasn't able to get it for myself. Gabby saved the night!! All with a smile and compassion. This morning, again with the super friendly staff. I was greeted by every staff member and with a smile! That was so nice. Thank you all for being so kind.

Just that couch

Staff were great. Really friendly. Place was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We have paid much higher prices in other places and had just hard rolls and cereal. Here they had biscuits/gravy, waffles, sausage & eggs.

Nothing we didn't like. A little confusing to get to as it's behind a waffle house and we drove past it at first. Sign says "enter at light" but there is more than one light. Maybe say " enter at first light". But that didn't make us not like it. We were here in February so not sure how pool is as it's outdoors.

Price!!! The staff has always been very nice and helpful! Breakfast is very nice !!

I do not like the old, beat up couches in the room...they take away from the cleanliness feeling and appearance of rooms. When I arrived there was a person smoking in the doorway next to my room. I have a lung disease as it was effecting my breathing. The smoke and smell was very evident in my room. When asked to switch rooms, was informed there we none available after they checked with management. The did talk to the individual in room as they were still smoking when they stopped by the room. I had to go to local store and purchase air purifying products, so I could stay in the room. I have stayed before and no problems!

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was super nice. The breakfast is really good with a nice variety. We enjoyed our stay!

The only thing I found even a little frustrating was the conditioner and body wash in our shower was so low I couldn't get any out. But that's if I'm just looking for reasons to complain. I would stay here again and again. We really had a wonderful weekend here.

We were really impressed by the cleanliness of ALL areas of this hotel. The location was handy to places we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet -- we could not here anyone who was next to us or above us.

The signage for the entry to the hotel was not very helpful. As we exited the highway, it was very difficult to figure out where we should pull into the parking lot. Perhaps a clearer posting of a sign, -- instead of the lettering posted on the nearby gas station billboard.

Convenient location, right off the highway. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice size refrigerator and microwave. Convenient to a variety of restaurants. Nice workout facility. Good breakfast!

There was a well-used (very worn) chair in the room that looked like it had been there through the 1970s and 1980s. It added character to the room, but the vinyl was peeling off over the majority of the surface of the chair. The rough edges have the potential to snag knit clothing when sitting in the chair.

In the end, any business survives or perishes by the strength of their staff. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the front desk staff during our stay, and the housekeeping people we encountered were very nice people as well. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fridge with a freezer portion as well. We like that because we travel with a small cooler and can place the cooler bags in the freezer to get re-frozen. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was ample parking and the parking lot was very well lit, thus enhancing the feeling of safety. The hotel is very close to I24 so we could easily get on and off that Interstate.

Just two things. First, it was a bit unclear where to enter the hotel property from the road. The hotel includes information on their marquis to give some direction but at night we didn't see it. If possible, I would suggest adding a sign be right at the intersection where one has to turn into the area where the hotel is located. Second, the only negative thing about the room is that it had some paint peeling from the ceiling in a few spots. That issue wasn't a huge thing to us, and, I suggest to the hotel that they should consider getting that repair completed as it detracts from the image of the overall quality of the room. With that said, should we return to Clarksville we would be pleased to stay at this hotel again.

The location was good ,the staff was very nice ,the price was decent for a two night stay ,the pool was so clean .

I wish it had a washroom closer to the pool getting out walking down to your room in my case upstairs wetting up my room floor to use the washroom. And the beds need to be pulled out every now and then .Tv remote fell in between the wall and bed and we seen this this and that…When we had to retrieve the remote by removing the mattress.

For a budget hotel, this is an excellent value. Everything was clean and updated. I especially appreciated how functional the room setup was. They appointed the room and bathroom with the guest in mind, which is often not the case. Friendly and well managed.

They should removed the worn and cracked fake leather chair inside the room. It makes poor first impression.
