Breakfast room was great, server did a wonderful job with prep & cleanliness. Good selection of food. We really liked it when plain scrambled eggs were served. 😊

I would have preferred waffles. The pancakes were kind of "chewy". Some food was not real warm in the warmers. Probably patrons leaving the lids open.

General cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Super professional service at check-in. It was late and the lady in charge was very professional even though she was training a new employee.

Two lights were out in my room. My shades didn't work in my room and when I called the front desk service was prompt, like minutes, and my shades were fixed. I should have told him about the missing lights but I was so impressed with the response to the shades I didn't even mention it. Great place, great service...just make sure the maids check that all lights work in each room. My room was cleaned to the max when I used the maid service. I will be in the area again for the birth of my my granddaughter and I WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The location was great. Everything needed was close by; restaurants, grocery store, Walmart, hair and nail salons, etc... The room was very clean. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend.

The hot breakfast foods seemed to have ran out pretty quickly, but there was always, fruit, pastries and oatmeal available.

Mitchell was an amazing person! He took care of me and my children with such courtesy ❣️ we truly loved our stay this Christmas 🎁⛄ and we will be back❣️ Breakfast was more than great....it was delicious. And the staff just really made our stay top of the line.

Location was good, in between the small little Nashville suburbs and could quickly get to where I needed to be. Loved the shower and hot water pressure (not always great in other locations). The bed was huge and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

The staff was always friendly and nice, the food was great, and the beds were super comfy

The room needed to be clean under the beds and the restroom needed more bright lights and a warm heater for when you're taking a shower..

I especially liked the lady that checked me in. I believe her name was Ashley, the new manager. She was uber friendly and welcoming and a big asset to IHG.

Nothing that I would complain about. The selections on the breakfast bar were somewhat dried out, but I arrived towards the end of availability.

The breakfast was excellent. Wide selection. Hot breakfast. The had eggs, sausage, chicken strips, omelet, biscuits and gravy and tater tots, just to mention a few things.

The mattress was great . Very comfortable. The room was nice and it was quiet. We were on the fourth floor. The only complaint was the switching of tv channels. It switched channel slow.

They have the best bed I have ever slept in in a Hotel. Best sleep since we left home three weeks ago. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I also liked the shower, better than most hotels

I really have nothing I could complain about. The cost was a little high but we enjoyed the stay in spite of that.
