I believe this was our third stay at this hotel, and we have never had any issues. We like the free parking as they have a nice-sized parking lot. We like the complimentary breakfast, which has good options. The bed is always comfortable, and the wifi is always fast. The employees are very nice, and the hotel is nice. It's also nice that Rock'n Dough is attached to the hotel when you want something to eat and don't want to go anywhere. Their food is pretty good. The price is amazing for the hotel, which is a reason why we've stayed so many times.

Although we've stayed at this hotel multiple times, we must have forgotten that it's beside an emergency room. It's also right in front of the main highway, which can be good or bad. You'll hear loud cars and trucks and the ambulances coming and going sometimes, which might not bother you if you're a deep sleeper. However, we are light sleepers and also have insomnia. That's the only complaint, which obviously can't be changed.

I liked the comfort and quiet of this hotel. It was right off the interstate and so easy to get to. The breakfast was good. Especially the second day when they offered fresh fruit. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We really liked the convenience of the attached restaurant. After traveling all day that's the last thing you want to do is to get back in the car and drive some more.

We didn't get our room cleaned or fresh towels the first day. We had to go to the desk and ask for more towels. Wish there were more restaurants close by.

Breakfast was excellent and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The shuttle to downtown Nashville was extremely helpful to get to our show without spending a bunch of money on a rideshare.

I wish we could have brought our dog, but I understand most places being hesitant to allow large breeds. That's not really a problem but we'd definitely leave home more often if we could bring our dog.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was solid. I would consider it pretty standard for a hotel at this price point. The room itself was very nice (comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good smart TV with Netflix built in, even though some of the channels wouldn't show, mini-fridge, microwave, thermostat on the wall). There was a good restaurant attached to the property called Rockin' Dough. The brick oven pizza was very good but pricey.

Although it never particularly bothered me, I did notice the road noise since it is located right off the freeway. It didn't impact my sleep or anything, just mentioning it for those who might be bothered.

WAS CLEANING. THE CHECK IN FAST. AND EVRYTHING LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. I HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS OK. BUT FOR THE PRICE HAVE DIFERENTS OPTIONS TO EAT, THE NORMAL THINGS, EGG PANKAKES, BREAD, GOOD COFFE BACON, ETC

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FOR ME. NO LUXURY BUT GREAT PRICE

The property was very clean and felt safe. The front attendant, Mary Jane, was very helpful and made sure we were very well taken care of. Room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and fitness center were well maintained. The breakfast attendant did a great job and was very helpful in checking for food allergies for us. The attached restaurant was a great option to grab a bite and a beer for dinner.

The facility is nice and not too far from major attractions (10-20 mins to be specific).

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. During this time; the staff did not clean our room nor change towels. We had to go downstairs and ask each time we needed some towels. Also; the breakfast options were very limited. For the price to stay per night; they should offer at least an extra meat, biscuits, and change the breakfast pastry options daily.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had trouble getting our money refunded for an extra night. Booked a room with booking.com for next night under a different name hotel canceled it and charged me fir the room. Now trying to get my boyfriend money refunded. Communication between hotel and booking.com is an issue.

Very nice and clean! Staff were nice and easy to work with. As things ended up, our concert was cancelled until the next night and they were able to find us another room just as comfortable and nice as the first one. Great hotel to stay at!

Everything was nicely landscaped. Property was kept clean. Very nice place to stay!

Great location right between downtown Nashville and Opryland - our main event was going to the Grand Ole Opry. Easy access from freeway. Across from shopping if you forgot something. Great breakfast. Restaurant in hotel if you don’t want to go out. Shuttle available to key locations. Helpful staff. Lots of Tesla charging stations.
