The hotel was a great central location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and overall very pleasant. Room size was good and was very clean. Hotel overall was very clean and well kept.

They didn’t offer free breakfast but had limited options to purchase. The pool was not warm at any point of the stay so my kids didn’t get to utilize it, which was one of the main decisions to stay there.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. There was no additional charge for parking.

Breakfast hours were too short., 7 - 10am. No drinks or anything served after 10am, even though it was a holiday weekend. It would be nice if coffee and other beverages were available throughout the morning. For the price, breakfast should have been included.

Location was wonderful, property nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and shower was excellent.

The pool was closed the entire stay and it was the reason we chose this hotel. The lobby sitting area between pool and restaurant smelled horrible.

I loved the heated pool. It makes the pool cool not cold. The rooms were cute and nice.

No free breakfast, however they do have breakfast you can buy and it looked good. The beds were a little hard for my liking but some people may find that comfortable.

Perfect location for going to Opry, mall, many restaurants. Staff very kind.

The property did not own any shower chairs, or the desk staff was unaware. She tried to help by bringing a pool chair, but that didn’t work. It’s not safe. I found it unacceptable that a hotel would not be equipped with a shower chair or two.

The property was good. Only issue i could complain about was the lack of cleanliness of the room ! There were fingerprints on every windows and circle around the tub.

The breakfast was pricy and not worth it

We came with friends to do Nashville. Location was perfect. The shuttle to downtown was great and we didn't have to hassle with parking. Staff was wonderful. Beds were super comforable and it was so clean!

The only thing lacking was complementary coffee and breakfast, but there's a starbucks in the lobby which was great.

Front desk staff excellent and allowed early check and very courteous.

No free breakfast or even coffee in lobby. Staff at restaurant for breakfast very friendly but very pricey and not a good value. Shuttle to and from airport would have been nice for the room cost!

Great location and staff was excellent

The shower had low pressure and the toilet flushing mechanism was loose and toilet ran if you didn't jiggle the handle and the pillows were to flat

That it was farther from downtown than expected. My mistake for not checking the location closer.
