Very comfortable and clean inside and out. Renovations were being done but they keep it clean during your stay so you’re not affected by it. Very convenient to highway but you aren’t looking at it out the window and hearing any noise from it. Great location. Breakfast was very good and the area is clean and tidy.

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

Location was excellent. Stores and restaurants are very close. The lobby was cherry and welcoming. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The bathroom door was a hanging barn style on a track. That is not ideal for a bathroom. Noises and odors are basically open to the room. Indoor pool area smelled strongly of chlorine. It was so overwhelming we could not tolerate it for more than a few minutes. More ventilation is necessary.

Breakfast was excellent! Everything was hot and tasted good. This hotel was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again AND recommend it to anyone traveling.

The only semi-complaint I had was the odd choice of a roller door for the bathroom. Seemed very odd to me!

Clean, spacious room. Adequate cooling/heating. The shower pressure was great, AND hot-hot water that didn't cool down after a few minutes like most places. Staff was amazingly friendly in every aspect. I remember Harold at the front desk. He was an absolute pleasure and made our stay amazing. Breakfast was a little each morning, and while quantity was low closer to end of Breakfast (ended at 10am, we asked around 9:40am), we asked if more would be made, and the staff brought us everything we needed. Oh, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Normally, we would be hurting after one night, but after a 2 night stay, our family woke up in great moods after good nights sleep. The location is also really good. Pushed to the back side of a very busy off-interstate town, but lots of food and shopping close by. Even went into Nashville, and it was an easy drive in and out without all the extra busy-city mess. We got a GREAT deal for 2 nights, and if we come back to Nashville, this will be the first place I look into got availability.

Okay, nothing HORRIBLE because some things are just out of staff control, but.... the hot tub is NOT functioning. As a Mom of 3 crazy kids, I was really looking forward to it, but considering all the great things about this place, I didn't mind the hot tub not working. But, I do wish Booking.com and other places could provide a LIVE Update when things aren't properly working or if there is road work right before the exit (like we experienced.... a 48-minute stop when we were literally 6 minutes away.) One more thing to add, but again, not cause for a bad review.... a better breakfast cereal selection would be nice!!! Plain cherrios or stale fruit loops were not choices that my 3 picky kids were happy with. But the waffles were good!

Convenience of restaurants near by and indoor pool.

The dark headed lady with glasses at the front desk that checked us in was rude and wasn't friendly.. she didn't seem to know what she was doing on the computer and gave my husband and I the wrong room..and we were already prepaid, finally after a little while of looking at the computer she was able to find the room we wanted.

The breakfast was probably the best I had ever seen at a hotel. Everyone was very nice also. The place was very well kept.

It would have been nice if there had been a warning about the pool and hot tub being out of order online before booking. It wasn't the end of the world by any means but it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

We loved it here! The breakfast was actually the best we have ever had from a hotel. The Lobby was clean and so was the grounds. The staff were kind and accommodating and the beds in the room were actually not bad at all. We loved the pool but the hot tub was not working. But we stayed in the pool. We actually enjoyed the perfect temperature of the water and how it wasn't too deep because we have kids still learning to swim. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but we noticed in the room around and behind the bed, that there was still trash and people left clothes stuck under the bed. It was not the cleanest it could have been. But it had great features.

Rooms need a deeper clean around the bottom of the beds. The second floor people smoked it was terrible going to the gym and having to smell that. The gym need a good cleaning too.

Location is excellent relatives live there. Breakfast is very good. The lady working in the kitchen part was excellent.

Welcoming lobby and breakfast area. Great for families with an indoor pool and laundry available. Coffee was excellent and good selection of breakfast options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with many restaurants nearby. Easy commute back to Nashville for more activities.

Bacon was excellent but the sausage was below average.

The breakfast is outstanding. Very good selection and it was hot and clean.

The price for the room is a touch high and cleaning the room should be daily and not just upon request.
