They changed our room without question when asked for a handicap, lower level room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean - with the exception of the floors needing a touch up but nothing major, Fridge in the room was nice. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. For the price, it was exactly what it needed to be.

The room is great. It was quiet no one bothering or interrupting. No loud noise not even the dogs from downstairs were heard. Towels offered everyday. Housekeeping always making sure we had everything we need. It's a great hotel!!

Should also keep and offer smoking rooms for those who can not continuously get up and go outside especially if we are on the 2nd floor. But no real complaints.

I had ask for no maide service because of valuable that where in there while I was gone and I came one day earlier and they made it super simple for me to book an extra night! Very friendly and confortable environement! Recomending it!!

Staff was friendly. We stay here often and they are always on point. It's a safe location. We never have any issues.

The beds are not my favorite. Tho the pillows and blankets and always clean and fluffy. The beds are very loud and squeak with the slightest movement.

The room and the property were all very clean and well kept. The staff was great. This is my second time passing through and I purposely drove an extra hour to stay at this motel this time because I knew it was worth it. It's located close to food, gasoline, highways, shopping.

Very nice staff day or night, the cleanest motel 6 in TN, there's a mini fridge! Pool is permanently closed:( Found one hair on a towel but there were plenty of cleaner ones in the room. Lots of food options nearby.
