The breakfast was exceptional. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff at this hotel were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I loved the products that the hotel stock their rooms with. They are free of parabens, sulfates and such.

The shower gel in the bathroom looked to be almost full but it also seemed to be plugged up and I could not get the lid off to see if I could unplug it. I however always take my own shower gel, shanpoo, and conditioner so that was not a problem for me. I did inform the staff at the front desk and she said she would advise the appropriate personnel. This is not a complaint just some information.

All the employees were very nice. The check in clerk recommended nearby places to eat as we were exhausted from the drive. Room was clean and quiet. What more could you ask for?

So we went down for breakfast. At 9 a.m., they were out of regular sausage or bacon. They had an odd looking sausage alternative we opted not to try. Disappointing. Lots of carbs but not much in the way of proteins.

Great location for visiting local amenities close to shops and restaurants.

Not having an in-hotel restaurant was disappointing (we had bad storms on one day) but we were within easy walking distance of a number of good places to eat.

Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and other places, yet off the main road so no heavy traffic. Hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Open and spacious, welcoming. Our room was large and accommodating for my handicap father. Staff was courteous, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast served every morning was hot, delicious and a great variety. Wonderful Stay!!

I can't find anything negative to say. I can't find anything that I would change.

We liked the pool and fitness center. The room was clean and spacious with a very nice shower.

Did not like the breakfast at all. Microwaved and no drink choices. Would have preferred a voucher to just love coffee. Not impressed by the included breakfast.

There was a water main leak in our area and our home had NO water. We made a late reservation at this hotel in our town. I called to let the staff know we would be checking in late. From that phone call to the time we left the next morning, the staff was exceptional. Polite, friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. I can't say enough about how enjoyable the experience was!

The breakfast was really good. Check-in and check-out were simple and problem-free. It was close to the event that I was attending.

It was a bit pricey, but it was at least affordable for one night.

We showed up and had a horrible room We had to work to get a new room and pay extra because the booking com booking would not allow a switch. This was an issue with booking.com not the property

Room was very large & extremely comfortable. We travel to Florida 2-3 times per year by car...this is our half way point...we will only be staying here from now on...on all our future trips Staff was helpful & very kind.

I’m appreciative of the breakfast, but I like to have grits every morning. Hopefully, in the future Hampton Inn can offer grits along with the normal eggs and a meat.
