Everything was wonderful the room ,the staff ,housekeeping was awesome very clean and very polite the pool was excellent and the hot tub too .everything was very nice and will be back 😊 and the breakfast was 🤤. I would recommend to everyone this is the place to stay when needing to rest and relax for a few days while on the road

Everything was great no complaints

The breakfast was great and they gave me a room near the outside door so I could easily take my dog out.

The outside door nearest to my room was heavy and slammed shut anytime someone used it. Thankfully people weren't using it much overnight but it was extremely loud when they did.

Loved the staff. They were super friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Had to call front desk to unlock the safe. Not a huge deal. The attendant came immediately. Though the room was huge, the bathroom vanity was very small. Not enough room for two people.

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The hotel is located near the highway, but it was quiet. The staff is polite and pleasant. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Many thanks to the hotel for a good stay.

It is a very clean place!!! The small details in the room are an extra little touch, very cool. The breakfast was AWESOME

The walls are very thin!!! You can hear people leaving at 4am and/or walking around above you. I'll bring a small fan next time. We will be back it's really nice

The breakfast, the location and the employees were excellent.

There were many dogs there during our stay and I was concerned about my allergies due to dogs and cats. The dogs seemed to be everywhere and that was concerning. I had hoped that there were special rooms for pets and their owners and special rooms for people allergic to them. But it looked like they did not have special accommodations due to the holiday weekend.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were neatly kept. The bathroom was very spacious, which was nice. The location was good, just off the interstate.

IHG breakfasts are adequate, but not great.

Anthony at the front desk was very nice, personable and informative. Check in was easy. The facility was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was amazing. We extended our stay for another day very easily

Breakfast was good - no waffles, but there was a pancake machine that entertained the kids.

There's not much to do near the hotel; the city of Franklin is a bit further away from the hotel than expected.

Buffet was excellent plus staff taking care of it were very accommodating and friendly.

Faucet in bathroom very close to mirror.. Afraid mirror was going to break every time I turned on faucet.
