Location was great & close to the park where our tennis tournament was being held. It was also close to many good restaurants.

I've had better breakfasts in hotels, but this was the ONLY thing that was not top notch at this hotel. Not enough variety and quality of breakfast waned a bit. Otherwise great stay.

Jesse, the receptionist was attentive, helpful , professional and delightful! Lady and Allissa were thorough and kind in cleaning my room when I was ill. The people make this facility a ‘best place to be’! Breakfasts were nutritious, tasty and varied- excellent!

Breakfast was good - different protein every day. Facility was clean. The pool was very warm and hot tub nice and hot. Staff very friendly.

it’s fairly new so everything was perfect and clean! loved the blue CLEAN carpets! my favorite color! pool was warm! LOVED the hot tub of course! quiet. staff super friendly. no issues whatsoever with the hotel itself. only issue I had was my pool time was cut short my last night due to another guest deciding to have a kids party at the pool, which meant excessive splashing from the pool to the hot tub, very noisy, and not following pool rules and courtesy. besides that, I’d definitely book again and again! thank you!

the hotel is nice and clean, convenient breakfast and comfortable room.

everything was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay until the last night when I returned to the hotel I realized that the housekeeper threw/took my toothpaste and left me an empty small Valentino perfume bottle!!! strange!! I called the housekeeping from the room desk phone no response then I called the front desk , after i informed him what happened he replied in a rude way asked me to go to the front desk to get a toothpaste! well I was in my pajamas and I told him it’s your staff fault so you should bring it to my room not me coming to the reception in Pijamas! I have that rating because the hotel is nice and wanted to be fair and don’t ruin it’s reputation because of a rude staff.

Breakfast was good but missing a few items I would have liked to see. Room was nice. Shower was great and bed was also great.

There were 2 elevators but only one was ever working and this was a busy weekend so we spent a good deal of time waiting for the elevator.

The whirlpool was ice cold. hubby and i were looking forward to soaking while the kids swam in the pool.

The staff was phenomenal despite the shortage. If there was anything we had questions about or needed they were prompt and courteous about getting it. We couldn't have asked for better service.

The breakfast was comprised of exactly the same things every day with diminishing options. For instance, there was cheese to go with the eggs, and a variety of yogurt on the first day. By the last day (we were there 4 days) there was no cheese, no cream cheese for the bagels, only vanilla yogurt, no milk, and only one type of coffee cake type bread. The other thing that the staff had no control over but was not good was how cold the pool was. There is usually a slighter higher rate at hotels with pools, which we pay so we can use it. However, the pool was way too cold to use. Fortunately the hot tub was decent.

Very comfortable King Suite and clean.

I ask for a bag to get ice in right after check in and the one of the ladies at the front desk told me housekeeping would not let them have those there. We were on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was broken.

Property was very well kept and in an excellent location. given the location the property was fairly quiet in the evening.

During my stay the elevator wasn’t working.
