The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was what you would expect. It was always well stocked. The area to eat was always clean. The staff honored my request to be put in a room on the top floor in a quiet part of the hotel since I was spending a whole week and had to work while there.

The location has some restaurants within walking distance, but they need more sidewalks to get to other restaurants safely. I didn't have a car after the first day I arrived.

1. The water pressure was great, and the shower had plenty of hot water, but the sink water would not get hot no matter how long we ran it. Except sometimes 2. The parking lot isn’t very big

I always love how respectful and clean the hotel and the staff are and the rooms are big and spacious and very neat and very nice and clean as well.

well, this location is right by everything you need and it’s in a quiet area, secluded area, safe area and everything is right there at your fingertips.

Breakfast was very nice and the free drinks when you arrive along with the fresh cookies was very nice also having treats for dogs was also very nice! Hotel is extremely clean, front desk worker was very kind and helpful! The bed was amazingly comfortable very clean room! Totally enjoyed my stay there for the evening! Will stay there again when I come back through town! And will recommend to my friends and family!!

Room noise!! Could here the other guest pretty easily! They might have just been noisy!

Tv remote only worked the first two days. I discovered this in the middle of the night. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken. Some of my clothing was picked up with a towel and never located. I was under the impression the housekeeping would not be there unless I requested it, so I saw no problem with rolling clothing in a hand towel. I notified the desk staff immediately, But the items were never found.

This exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, updated, comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING. Great parking and bonus perks like breakfast, cookies, coffee and hot chocolate. I was absolutely impressed. It was a great surprise as I had to stay out further from Nashville this time and the area had plenty of food and things of convenience accessible.

Clean, and comfortable

It was REALLY warm in the lobby and dining area. The one sour note on an otherwise great stay was that we came down for breakfast dressed for work and took of everything we could because it was so hot. We still ended up going to our meeting with running make up and sweaty hair because it was so hot. I would have gladly paid more to have AC while eating breakfast and not go to my meeting looking like I walked through a sauna to get there!

Convenient to Nashville-quiet, close to family that lives there, nice area. Staff at hotel were excellent. Coffee and breakfast great! Gym small but has enough to do a short workout. They even have washer/dryer on first floor if you need one.

Things beyond your control. The people in the room above us, walked like they were in cement shoes, and they walked a lot! The folks in the adjoining room had a young person with them who was extremely busy I was just too lazy to request a room change, which I’m sure they would have accommodated us with. My bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Quiet so I slept well. Shower was good, just enough pressure. I liked that you could watch cable TV or switch to Netflix or prime. Breakfast was good.
