Very comfortable motel. Rachelle and the General Manager were awesome. Really enjoyed our stay!

The front desk clerk who worked 2nd shift. His customer service skills were truly lacking and it wasn't because he was having a bad day. He was like this the whole 7 days we were there. Acted like the motel was the last place he wanted to be. For such a great place to stay he left a bad memory. If it wasn't for him I would rate the motel as a "10"

we love the convenience to everything and especially the 5mins drive to the hospital for work. staff is always friendly amd helpful,I’ve been staying here for since January 5 months now for work. not bad at all 😊

pool closes very early,i would suggest putting a guard there to monitor it for about 3 hours at least are until 9pm to monitor guest coming and going for a few hours like 3-7pm

Well I didn't eat breakfast but the location was excellent 😋👍.

Well I don't like that I booked the room's on the 23 of June of twenty two and cancel it the same day to find out that I received half of my refund and I'm trying really hard to get the other half back to my card. The other problems is the people's that's in charge of the office have a better communication between them about what's going on when the Boss is out of town.

Need coffee makers.i. rooms or coffee made fresh daily. Also omw type of vending machines. Or more variety of soda and some kind of food product.

I was not expecting much from this place but, was proven wrong once I got to my room. It was nice and perfect for studying. I am a college commuter and have to drive an hour and thirty minutes twice a day. I had an exam the next day was not making it home so I booked this place. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tight (bigger person would have a hard time getting in) but, cute. I would not mind staying here again. In fact, I will probably stay here for a semester if I can but, I do not think they allow super long stays.

The only thing that bothered me was that the A/C unit would not stay warm. I get cold easily and I had to first let the unit run cold air then switch it to heat but, after about 15min it would turn off. Maybe the heater is only allowed to run during the colder months.

good staff they went out of the way to make sure we got a remote for the tv after three was glad it work hate to bug them but they was great with my kids for going back and forth didn’t get upset at all

The guy on the 2 to 10 shift. Customer service skills lacking. He needs to be on the night audit shift so no one can see him, not on check in time. You feel as your a bother to him. Sad.......

Everything was pretty good BUT

No place to plug my phone by the bed TV was hard to come on, they nocked on the door at 10:50, for me to get out not 11 o'clock I was watching price is right it goes off at 11 o'clock under call for in bad taste

Rooms are modern up to date, very nice.

No smoking rooms available. Pool needed to be shocked! Water wasn't clean!
