The location was very close to my appointments. The room was clean and very good. The breakfast was very good. Options included hot food, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, fruit juice and cereal.

For some reason, the telephone line wasn’t connected to the phone, and the tv cable wasn’t connected to the television. Both worked fine once connected. A previous guest must have disconnected them to use a computer.

Near shopping center and food!

When booking I chose to pay at the property but the morning of check in they tried to run my card without my permission and this was before the check in time. Need vending machines at least on one floor of the hotel and not just at the check in desk.

Great location next to a shopping mall with sams and Target. Many restaurants nearby. Loved the breakfasts. The breakfast attendant and housekeeping staff were super nice and hardworking.

I had to put my suitcase on the ground. I wished there had been a table or counter to use.

Lobby was clean and front desk staff was friendly.

While our room looked clean the bathroom was dirty. The bottom of the tub had not been cleaned in months. The blow dryer was dirty, scratched and sticky. One bath towel that was placed neatly on the holder had a huge hole in it. Clearly the bathroom was not attended too because someone should have noticed the hole in the bath towel, dirty hair dryer and filthy bathtub floor. We wore our water shoes to shower. Very disgusting.

I chose this location because we have stayed here before. The room is huge . It's close to everything but sit back far enough to not be bothered by the noise of the roads . Staff is always great. Clean and affordable

Everything. The lady who checked us in was friendly. The room was clean. The beds were so comfortable! Easy access and great location.

There wasn’t anything about this property that I would be disappointed with.

Friendly staff. I needed help with the TV and the front desk employee was helpful, bringing a copy of the channels. Comfortable room, great hot breakfast, all the amenities were there. The location is next to a Sam's Club gas station for an easy fill up before getting on the road again.

My room was conviently near an exit door. Decor was pleasing. I liked the Dove products in the bathroom.

The bed was extremely hard. The linens were not soft and smelled of a unpleasent scent.

Location was great, the king suite was huge and very comfortable, the breakfast was also pretty good. Al was at the desk to check me in and he was great!

The cleaning staff threw away one of my partner’s personal items
