Very clean, well maintained room. After being on the road for 5 weeks, this was the only hotel room we stayed at that there was not one speck of mold/mildew in the bathroom! So clean and well lit. Felt safe staying there. Staff recommended a wonderful local restaurant for dinner - great experience. Breakfast was an 11 out of 10! Wonderful, freshly made items, different from most other hotels. We would stay again for sure!

Either the building wasn't well insulated or the people above us walked like elephants! We even bring our own fan to eliminate outside noise, and that didn't help, (We stayed in another hotel in another state the night before and heard no outside noise) so I know it's not just me! Other than that, it was great! I will stay again, I will just bring my ear plugs next time! Lol

Very difficult to find lighting after you leave the entry. Nothing but lights at lamps made navigating the large space difficult coming I. With luggage and no warning at check in . Seems poor use of the space putting the desk where couch and TV made much more sense putting TV on same wall as desk with couch and chairs . Moving table and chairs closer to microwave and coffee pot

The gentleman at the desk greeted me promptly when I walked in. He was very friendly and made the check in process swiftly and easily. He and another lady established rapport with me asking where I'm from etc. This was a very nice touch (getting to know your guest like this) It made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean, smelled good. The water pressure and temperature was absolutely amazing. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The ladies were constantly out checking the area and restocking the food as there was a crowd there eating.

Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we ever had. The bed was super comfortable. Well-lit parking area. Friendly staff that was always helpful. For once, a hotel room with plenty of outlets for our phones, fans, etc. The whole hotel was spotless clean. We really didn't find anything we didn't like.

Only being nit-picky, but having a tub for our toddler instead of just the walk-in shower would have been good. She still enjoyed the shower though! Honestly we couldn't think of anything we didn't like.

good access from the location. evening staff was GREAT! .,the young man in the morning who was "busy" at the coffee bar....not so much. The room was spacious, and the furnishings were very comfortable, including the bed.

Overall a good overnight stop, rest spot. The gentleman who "checked us out " seemed more concerned with not being interrupted.

Hotel was in a convenient location for our travel. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Room service cleaned and refreshed the bath towels while we were out on day 2. That was an unexpected surprise. I find that most hotels do not send room service in to clean when you have a 2 or 3 day stay unless you specifically ask.

It was super clean and modern. We got a suite that it was huge!!!! Very big and nice. Bed was comfy

We could still hear a little the trafic of the freeway, not terrible bad but we could hear it. Breakfast needs an upgrade.

This place was clean with plenty of space for a family of 5! The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable! Also it is right off the highway so that makes it convenient.

No real issues to speak of.

I booked online for a room and they struggled a little getting my room brought up in the system. Then the next morning, maids came into our room thinking we left because somehow our stay got put in under someone else’s party.
