Conveniently located just off of Interstate 10. Lots of restaurants in the area, but none within walking distance. Decent breakfast, clean.

Three nights, no cleaning. Had to ask for towels. Happy we brought our own coffee. Should’ve brought trash bags from home, too. Will the hotel industry ever recover from bad habits learned during the pandemic?

Everything was great. I will stay again. I really enjoyed my stay there. I told all of my friends and family about my stay and the cleanness of the hotel. I was having issues with my card, the clerk was so helpful with trying to help me figure it all out.

It was clean, Friendly staff and peaceful environment.

In my suite the toilet didn’t work. It had no water in the back of it. I was pouring water in it to make sure it flushes after every use. Luckily it was only a one night trip, so I’m not too upset about it.

Breakfast was adequate and attendant made sure all was supplied and hot. Property was clean and staff was attentive. Room was roomy and comfortable.

no compaints or suggestions that might be lacking. Pleased with my stay and would not hesitate to return. Great management and support staff.

Nice large room!

We had a room right by an entry door that the key card did not work. The manager said she had only been there since March. I suggested that was plenty of time to have had it repair!! Pitiful

The room was massive, huge ceilings. Beautiful layout and so clean and fresh. The bathroom was huge and nice modern shower. Loves the bottles hung on the wall with shampoo/conditioner and soap. It was lavender and it was amazing, helped me sleep. The room was super modern and well. The only complaint was the bed was to form for me. But that could always be best for someone else. Overall I was shocked at how nice this room and hotel was.

The room was very appealing and large. The modern design and high ceilings created a upscale and relaxing environment. The hotel itself was clean and attractive. The staff were also friendly and attentive.

There were two areas to improve. Understanding Covid restrictions, the breakfast needs to be improved for the price paid for the stay. What was presented dulled the thrill of my stay. Much lower quality hotels extend better options than what was offered. Secondly, there was a long crack in the shower corner. It didn’t present itself to be a major issue, but it reflects the lack of care for each room.

Rates were high, but it was the weekend before Mardi Gras day. Understand, but still didn't like it. Lol

Ms Ina, prepared our delicious breakfast each day and it was on time. Even though the hotel was in a great location we always started our day with their wonderful breakfast.

Nothing, everything was already taken care of, thanks to mgr, Tondi and Ms Ina and other staff.

Enjoyed it, shout out to April for her patience and kindness of customer service. Hotel was very busy and I am grateful the time she took to get my room set up.
