Everything was great.........can t complain about anything...........

Amazing service, clean room and not to mention the breakfast options were great compared to more luxurious and well known hotels. The location of the hotel was in a good area close to a gas station and somewhere to eat. Will definitely be staying here again.

I made the mistake of getting a one bed room not noticing that it was a queen and not a kind so we were a bit crowded but everything else was amazing.

We were greeted by Tabitha @12am, when checking out at9am she was as cheerful and friendly. Lanette was fantastic! Lanette was so on top of all the different tasks of the hotel. Lanette treated us like family. When we left we were chanting Lanette-Lannette-Lannette.! We will definitely recommend the hotel because of Lanette!

There was nothing to not like. Place was clean!

The location was perfect for my needs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I personally did not partake in the breakfast offering other than the coffee. The food area was very clean and well stocked. My room was clean and meet my needs. Staff freshen up the room the second day and was very much appreciated. The refrigerator started defrosting during the first night. I was able to receive additional towels to get the water from the frig and cabinet after removing the ice.

I have nothing to comment on, therefore I did not find anything that I disliked.

The staff both at check-in and breakfast were exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a glitch at check-in with the wrong room but it was handled quickly and professionally by the wonderful man working (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name in the middle of the night at check-in!) We were actually upgraded to a suite and enjoyed a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was great. This is our second stay at this property and both times were a great stop on our travels.

The staff was amazing.The location was in the middle of all the major cites. Great value for the price.

The breakfast selection needed bacon. The room furniture was dated. The couch was worned down.

Chase, he checked me in. He was so sweet and cute. The lady that worked the breakfast area was a gem too.

There isn't an outlet by the bed to charge devices. The 3rd floor ice machine doesn't work.

Breakfast was hot & tasty! Was very quiet. Room clean. TV didn't come on however the front desk clerk resolved the issue immediately!

Surprised to not find shampoo or conditioner in bathroom.

People in adjacent room had kids who made noise and what sounded like a puppy that whined loud enough to wake us up. That's not the property's fault, however.

its always a great stay quiet clean. always a good service at check in and out . very nice lady at the breakfast bar. thats why we always come back

the matresses need to be changed they are very stained, kinda gross but the covers are clean all the time. couldnt stop staring at the matress all my stay over than that very good.
