When comfortable everything you could need and honest staff, I lost a piece of jewelry that I could not find before I left. They contacted me before I was out of Slidell, saying the housekeeper found it and had it waiting for me at the front desk so I was able to continue my trip close to the schedule Time out.
No negative remarks to be made

After driving in from Tennessee, we arrived slightly earlier than check-in time, and the lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The rest of the staff were very kind, and the room was perfect!
There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Far enough out of NOLA to have a quiet suburban vibe but close enough to get into the city for sightseeing. Super clean and spacious accommodations and excellent staff.
No complaints, everything was great from comfy beds to plentiful amount of towels to well lit parking and cozy fire pit out front.

The property was wonderful!
Two things. The one ply toilet paper and turkey sausage at breakfast. It’s petty, I know, but those were the only things that popped into my head.

we stayed for a night while on our way to another state. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good with choices of waffles, eggs and sausage. We found that breakfast ends by 9:30 am and the staff was filling up the eggs at this time. This is quite unlikely of other places were they rush to close the breakfast. The staff were friendly and highly recommended when traveling with kids.

Very nice hotel located in a good area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Better than average breakfast. Lots of restraints in the area. Also a large shopping mall area.
Room had a stale smell. Open the windows for a little while took care of it.
