Arriving there a little bit earlier around 4:00 p.m. the receptionist was very friendly took care of me right away the room was ready clean and she gave me the keys and I headed towards the room. Everything was in good order and I only had one very distinct problem which I discussed with her the following morning.

I was a little bit confused because the floor in the room seemed to stay wet not understanding of this was coming from the air conditioning which I turned way down or the humidity but throughout the whole night the floor in the bathroom and in the room remained wet like water was seeping in somewhere I told her about my concern and I figure the hotel will have to deal with it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great looking pool, lovely for the many children using it and lovely seating areas. A rarity in hotels these days. Staff are super lovely!

It’s not a property issue, it appears to be nation wide- the smell of pot pervades every area and our room smelled of it on arrival. Soon aired out with door open. Also around the pool with children in close proximity. Very limited breakfast.

The staff were lovely - especially the overnight staff, Liz! She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a microwave. Plenty of clean towels available.

I felt the floor of the room was dirty. Also, as a celiac, there was not anything I could eat at breakfast except for yogurt. If someone does not have dietary restrictions, however, the breakfast was wonderful.

Love that it’s right by a Walmart and a Starbucks as well as right off the interstate state. Beds were super comfortable and the pillows as well best sleep I’ve had in a while😌👏🏼 2nd time staying and always our go to! Will be staying again in the near future for sure!

Only thing was the toilet kept running in and off all night but it didn’t really bother me too much and there was no breakfast due to renovation but that’s understandable! Starbucks and Cracker Barrel were right there!!

Hotel has recently been remodeled. The pool area was closed for maintenance, but it was such a pretty set up. Liz, our concierge, front desk agent, was exceptional! We had a few things that needed addressed after checking in. And she made it happen worth no hesitation. Liz was great. Thank you!

Pillows need an upgrade.

Everything was terrific! A friend and myself took an impromptu visit and your hotel was right on our way, just in time for a break from driving! Loved the proximity to a great Mexican restaurant right next door! THANK YOU for hosting us on our way to TX and on our way back to AL!!!

The service. The first night I stayed here the air wasn't getting cold. I called and reported it at 3am and was informed someone would be out in the morning to take a look at it. Long story short a guy came out and replaced the unit and I've been freezing ever since.

I really don't have any complaints

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds was comfortable and the room was clean

The shampoo bottle was missing in the shower caddy and the body wash bottle was empty. There wasn't a hair dryer but one of the girls found one for me very quick. They did have mini bottles of shampoo.

It was always clean up there and breakfast was good .Staff was so nice Ms. Danielle another lady at front desk. An older Lady who bought us towels a young man who kept up property. Everybody was pleasant.

Not much there other than bagels, muffins, cereal and two kinds of juice plus coffee and a waffle. No eggs, toast, fruit, or meat.

No variety of food items.
