I was pleased that it is close to Alot of places

The rooms need better cleaning. Deep cleaning at least the rooms. The property manager was very nice and helpful. I even seen him cleaning up around the property. My first room was full of them brown spider all abov the windows and the bathroom sink was full of nets. I ran out there so quickly straight to the office. Which the property manager understands and help me.

Staff was great, room was nice, updated, and had all the appliances I needed. Nice size TV and comfortable bed. the table and desk were appropriate

The only minor issue, was "some" mold in a couple of areas around the bathtub.

Location and late check-in due to flight coming in late and then long drive

The cleaning could have been better.

We had a quick breakfast and coffee, as we were traveling to New Orleans to go on a cruise we had booked. One thing that we were really glad about was that the property was really easy to get to off the freeway. We had been traveling about 6 and a half hours in torrential rain and were in need of a rest. The room was really comfortable, and we slept well.

I can't think of a thing. The property and the staff were everything we could have hoped for.

not very welcoming to travelers with reservations at first. mainly concerned that we were not going to smoke and did not have a pet with us. Everything locked up at 4 in the afternoon, so lack of trust made us uneasy about area, but it did not appear to be a high crime region. we could be wrong, therefore we are tempted to choose another place next time. Rooms enter to outside, and stairs are used to get to 2nd floor. No elevators.

We really appreciated the breakfast variety; it was not just a continental breakfast. Room was very clean, linens soft and comfy. Pillows were good also. We missed your Lyft service due to our flight coming in at 11:00 pm. That service would have put your hotel at excellent for us!

I really liked the location in relationship to the tourist areas in New Orleans. Staff was great, room was great, and the price was just right.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location just off highway. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Very affordable.

Hotel is definitely dated.

Rooms were spacious nice bathrooms beautiful art in our room. Nice continental breakfast.

We were in a smoking room, there was cigarette burns in both beds. Room smelled like marijuana and the TV made a horrible noise when it was on, and only half the picture worked on it.

It was just a chill environment

There was somebody on the floor above making A LOT of noise as in loud stomping
