Charged a premium rate because of Mardi Gras event in NOLA.

Manager is over worked.

The room was still dirty like it was being worked in

The location was the only thing I liked

The floor wasn't swept or mopped.After making management aware and being ensured that it would be while we were out it still was not so I had to do it myself.There were no towels in the room upon check in,the tables tops were dusty, and the comforters were full of cigarette burns not to mention outdated.The bathtub and walls in the bathroom were filthy and the toilet seat was covered in urine.There were roaches in the room as well and our key wouldnt unlock the door well before checkout time by 3 or 4 hours.

Great spot for parade route and a cheap place to lay ur head. That’s about it .

The hotel was so disgusting on the inside . There was moldy cracks all in the walls and Ceiling and the shower I would absolutely never step foot in. They cleaned I guess to the best of their ability. The room felt muggy and smelled absolutely awful. There was people living in the hotel that where outside smoking and drinking being loud and staring .

Had weird vagrant females knocking on my door throughout the night. Up to 3 am. It was horrible. People partying in parking lot and on stairs. Young girls tricking.

AC was wonderful

Lights went out and was without power the hole time I asked for compensation but they refused
